Room 617 was fine for me, the lovely young girl on reception at night was very helpful (my Russian is average at best) but she did it all with a smile, and nothing was a problem. Thank you! Yes things are older, but it was a 2 night stay not a lifetime. I personally enjoy seeing older buildings, but I know it is not for everyone’s taste. Thank you! Ryan from Australia 🇦🇺

The smell of tobacco smoke is periodically drawn into the room through the ventilation due to negligent smoker residents. The extractor hood in the bathroom saves. The room is smoky. The Internet does not work above the 2nd floor. We couldn't drink coffee at breakfast this morning, because the coffee machine is broken. A kettle was provided at the reception upon request. There is a restaurant nearby (where you can order breakfast) and a wonderful express cafe (tasty, inexpensive and very friendly, open late) . One of the disadvantages is the lack of a kettle in the rooms, the coolers in the corridors are broken and not functioning, it is far from the city center with attractions. The rooms are in terrible condition, there is no Wi-Fi (only on the 1st floor, although the reception claims that there are two routers on each floor), the TV works selectively by numbers. . The food in the restaurant is not delicious, the products are not fresh. As I understand it, the policy of the hotel is such that most of the guests are groups of tourists who come for one night. And the attitude is that, "why the hell (forgive me for being truthful) do repairs, feed delicious food, make visiting a hotel pleasant, if they can stand one night anyway, these are excursions." The room has a modern TV that works via the Internet - so you can say that it is not there)) that is, it works by itself, but it shows practically nothing. Like a refrigerator, which also seems to make sounds, but does not give cold from the word at all. And it wasn't just me. We rented 5 rooms for the company. It's the same for everyone. The bed linen is also very "tired". It's clean, of course, but since it's probably already been washed many times and is flannel in itself, it doesn't have any freshness. There is no hair dryer. The hair dryer is only "by appointment" through the reception. There is no air conditioning either (only in the luxury rooms), so I had to sleep with the windows open while waiting for the fireplaces (of which there was only one, thank God)) Well, and the restaurant-cafe. Food for 3+. Instant coffee from a bag, no milk. They served cheese with sausage for breakfast, an omelet with vegetables-4, pancakes in an unknown dubious oil-3 and a warm half-compote- half-sour cream. In general, our company concluded that it feels less like a "Soviet hotel" than a pioneer camp in the late 80s and mid-90s. In short, once again: you can spend the night here. I give you 3 stars. But I'm not fussy. And besides, I think the price could have been lower for such a decoration. Some of our company said that it wasn't even 1 star and it would be better to just spend the night in the car (but these are those who listened to the horns of a passing train from an open window at night))) my windows faced the opposite direction and I didn't hear him. Parking, by the way, is available and very decent. It's like that.

The room is very cold, angular. Having asked for a replacement, they offered a completely different series: white furniture, black curtains, black bed linen, around the mirror. I don't know who will like it, but it's very depressing. I went back to the cold room. I accidentally found out that there is a heater at the reception!!! No one offered, reproaching me for being offered another room with an air conditioner running on heat! And yet, I begged the heater from another shift. Upon departure, they could not issue a refund for a very long time. Since we couldn't stay here anymore, we decided to leave a day earlier. The refund to the card, as originally paid, was not issued. The money was given out in cash, and in Belarusian rubles, offering to go to the exchanger.
