Easy to find, well organised, pleasant, helpful staff. You do have to wait outside or in corridor until 15minutes before your appointment!! I expected to be able to pick my passport with visa in from there later - BUT this is not an option!! I had to quickly find a colleague 's address for the courier service - later it was easier for me to pick the passport up myself from the courier service's office!! Online tracking didn't work, but I did receive emails to let me know where the process was up to. Completed Visa took 30 days.

Я получила большое удовольствие от посещения визового центра. Сотрудники невероятно вежливые, улыбчивые, помогают с документами и направляют по следующим шагам. Моё оформление с отпечатками и подачей заняло не более 30 минут. На месте попросили переделать фото. Стоимость 415 рублей. Большое спасибо за оперативность и вежливость))
