Disgusting service. One of the 2 offices accepts documents from 3-4 countries, and only 3 windows are open. It is not clear why the appointment to the visa application center is timed, if there is a live queue inside, someone is being called, someone comes to the window himself. In total, we sat for 3 hours instead of the scheduled time. It's a complete mess in the organization of the center's work.
