The worst company ever. We applied through the GTS Premium Express Delivery service expecting reliability and security. However, after more than a week, we still have no information about the passport’s location. I tried calling +90 212 888 14 90, but there was no connection. I also reached out via email, yet we have not received any clear response or update, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service. The passport contains a valid U.S. visa, which makes this situation even more critical. A lost passport in such circumstances is a serious matter, and the lack of responsibility and transparency from VFS is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services until they significantly improve their accountability and customer support.
