Warning ⚠️: Do NOT stay here , Unprofessional, Racist manager (Tatev) Very disappointing experience. One staff member told us we could stay in our room, but later, while we were away, the manager moved our belongings without any permission. When we tried to explain the situation, the manager was rude, raised her voice, and didn’t allow us to speak. Worst of all, she said she has problems "only with Iranians" and will no longer give rooms to them — an openly discriminatory remark. We dealt with a manager who lacked the basic qualities expected in international hospitality — professionalism, communication skills, and proper leadership. This was an irresponsible, incompetent, and discriminatory way to treat guests.

Great hotel! Pleasant and helpful staff. We are always ready to help with any question, where and what to pay, where and how everything works, and in Russian, for those who care! The bed is huge and soft, I personally fell asleep and just got enough sleep ... Cleaned every day + water every day! It probably may not seem crystal clear to everyone, but if you have come to sleep, take a shower, have a quick breakfast and are on your way to explore everything in the city, then I consider the perfect place! So I advise you!
