Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good repair, helped to sort out many things, always clean, 30 minutes on foot from the center, but time passed quickly, there are bus stops nearby, you can also easily order a Yandex taxi (to the center the price is 800-900 AMD ~ 200/250 rubles) There is a shopping center nearby (10-15 minutes on foot) with Waikiki and a large grocery store A good breakfast and of course coffee!

Friendly, attentive staff. A comfortable, clean room. Delicious, varied breakfasts. High-quality service. The location is a little far from the center, but you can get there by taxi, bus, metro or walk around the city.
