We were at the opera The Wedding of Figaro. Excellent production - we got aesthetic pleasure. The theater celebrates its 90th anniversary in 2023. The architecture of the 30s is striking in its monumentality and refers to the monuments of ancient Egypt and Rome. Inside, it is no less impressive - spacious halls, wide staircases, mosaic marble floors, magnificent chandeliers and lamps - an association with the palace involuntarily arises.

I've been wanting to get in for a long time, but it just didn't work out. And then the opportunity came and I never regretted it. I want more. Visiting the buffet during intermission is a separate art form. I was at the ballet, I really liked everything, but I didn't have enough sound, either the acoustics were not very good, or the equipment was old.

A great theater with its own parking. It is located right in the center. It is better to come in advance, there is a wild queue in the women's toilets during the intermissions. Ventilation is not very good in the dress circle, everything is fine in the stalls, there is even a breeze on the legs. It's hard to see from the balconies, well, that's understandable.
In general, I really like the theater.)

I went to the Little Prince. I really liked the performance. I liked the architecture in the theater. And jewelry. I would like themed photo zones to hide doors and words/signs/symbols that do not match the theme, so that they do not appear on memorable photos. People also want pleasant photos without doors, etc.
(on the corner photo zone of the "Little Prince" with flowers there were doors with exit symbols, it did not look aesthetically pleasing)

Very beautiful. Definitely worth a visit. The decoration is even gorgeous in places, but everything is in place. Great performances, but I'm not a critic. A magnificent orchestra. Even the buffet is wonderful - inexpensive, fast and tastes very good. There are no problems with queues to the restroom. A place where you want to return.

The Snow Queen visited the opera and was perplexed. The main parts, as usual, are performers beyond their age, that's fine. The musical part is excellent. But the ballet was unpleasantly struck by such asynchrony from such a level of the troupe did not expect. Maybe this is the fifth line-up, of course, but it looked at the amateur level. The scenery also left a strange feeling, some amazing, and the malevolent deer and owl seem to have been in the storerooms for half a century. It is not worth judging by one idea, but it is better not to tune in to a decent level, then you will be disappointed.

On March 18, she brought 55 students (grades 2-4) to the opera "The Story of Kai and Gerda". As a music teacher, she conducted all possible preparations for the children's first visit to the theater. I want to say that 90% of the students were delighted! Both from the theater and from the opera. Personally, I haven't been to the Bolshoi for 25 years. And after so many years, I am completely delighted with the theater! The opera was great. We were amazed by the special effects, the mass scenes, the synthesis of ballet and opera in one performance! But the big disappointment was our seating arrangement! I asked a hundred times when ordering tickets, will the children be comfortable on the balcony? I was whitewashed- yes! As a result, our kids stood the whole performance. Sooo sorry!!!
