I don't know who exactly is sitting here and answering the phone, but let them give you reliable information. yesterday I called to find out the working hours of the pre-medical doctor in order to come to an appointment during a work break, but he turned out to be on sick leave and I was told to come today at 8:00 to 10:00 for an appointment at my station. I asked the woman several times if there was an appointment, she told me that there was a live queue. although I had previously voiced my symptoms to her a little bit, which appeared yesterday: the tonsils were swollen, covered with a little pus and this in one day, I also had a fever, fever and chills with weakness. as a result, I came to the reception at eight in the morning and sat there for two hours, although there were only three people in front of me. And do you know why? because there were people who came by appointment and people who brazenly passed without waiting in line, because of their certificates and thereby got stuck in the office for fifteen minutes. and the most important thing is that when the doctor came into the office, she was surprised when I told her that I was told an appointment without an appointment. It's good that at least the nurse told people that I would come in now because my condition was terrible. otherwise, I do not know if I would have gone to the doctor for an examination.
