I was here for a manicure 2 times with the master Anastasia Burova, I was waiting for my turn, although I signed up in advance. Both times I went out with the wrong design that I wanted - the color of the varnish with the samples could not be reproduced by the master - I also persuaded that it was the same color😂, and the second time I said that after the pedicure there was no time left for manicure design - therefore, it can only be covered with monochrome🤐 - although during the recording I did not we clarified nothing about the design, I did it in a hurry - as a result, the garbage in the varnish got stuck on the nails and the varnish lay in strips in some places, the master said that it would not be visible. 10 minutes before the start, they called me and said that their device was broken - but when I arrived, they still made it broken! With an apparatus that worked somehow, the master said that I was lucky because of this. Near one nail, I erased the cuticle too much, so that now there are red spots - they hurt. Not an explicit instrument processing process in the studio. They do not open the package with tools in front of the client. When asked how to process the master, she answered vaguely and reluctantly. At your own risk, believe it or not. I don't want to go to Vianika for a manicure/pedicure anymore. I paid 100 rubles for manicure removal + long-term coating and pedicure. I think that the quality of services provided is not worth the money.
