Living in room 701, hot water had to be poured for 40 minutes. The windows were well-ventilated, and they couldn't lie down without a warm blanket. The buffet breakfast is monotonous. The food cooled down quickly. Even when they came to breakfast first, they were content with cold scrambled eggs. Living in Troy, only two bottles of water were left from the third day. Towels were changed every day and the trash was taken out every day. The staff is as friendly as possible. They issued certificates for visiting the SPA area in Victoria. The morning was the most favorable time for visits, and then the concentration of people per square meter was higher than expected (there were not even enough lockers for changing clothes). No one regulated the number of people in the spa. Both hotel guests and those who came from the street were allowed in. If anything, a transfer from the hotel for five people with luggage cost 83 bel rubles. A regular taxi cost 14 BEL rubles. Draw conclusions.

We chose the Victoria Hotel for our trip. Impression in a nutshell: good, but next time we'll give preference to another place. 1. I left a photo of the number from the website and our actual number in the pictures. There is a difference. 2. The hotel has 4 stars, but there was no refrigerator in the room, the reception offered to use the service one. As far as I understand, this is a violation. 3. Please inform guests upon check-in that dirty towels will not be replaced until they are dropped on the floor. This rule does not apply in all hotels, so there was confusion. 4. Please note that the hotel is not located in the center — you will have to travel 2-3 bus stops — but the price is not inferior to competitors :) Otherwise, everything is fine. We took a room with breakfast, it was quite varied and tasty. The reception staff is friendly. All guests have access to the spa center once a day (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi). A shopping center and a park are within walking distance of the hotel.

I spent 4 nights at the hotel, I was very satisfied I would like to note the location - there is a ground transport stop nearby, there is a large shopping center nearby Castle. The metro can be reached by bus, the area is quiet, and there is a very beautiful view of the park from the window. I liked the condition of the room, the bed is large, the bathroom is decent. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection of both cold and hot dishes, delicious. The only negative is the lack of a cooler with water, the maids bring bottles of water to the room.
