The room is huge. Clear. But... The radiator wasn't working. They asked to fix it, they promised, but no. The refrigerator wasn't working. At the reception, an unsmiling girl said "not provided." Breakfast is quite good, delicious. But... The bread was stale for a couple of days. There is no milk near the cereal. Strange. There are few fruits. I liked the SPA. Without a "but". In fairness, I must say that at the reception, in addition to the unsmiling girl, there was a very sweet and smiling one. So it's not that bad. If it wasn't for the refrigerator, I would have given it 4 stars.

Overall, it's not a bad hotel, but there are questions. Yes, it's clean, the breakfasts are not bad, there is a spa that I didn't have time to use. The hotel smells of chemicals as soon as you step inside. I spent 4 nights at the hotel. I was a little surprised that bottled water was added during cleaning, but tea and coffee bags were placed there. On the third day, I asked the reception about it, to which I received the answer that only on the day of arrival the hotel guests receive welcome tea and coffee bags. And they offered to buy ready-made tea at the bar. It was the first time I encountered this approach in a hotel that is positioned as a four-star hotel. It's a little thing like that, but…At a price of more than 10Krubles per Russian ruble per night, it would be possible to report penny bags daily.
