The Platinum restaurant, which is located at the Victoria SPA Hotel, celebrated the sister's wedding. The restaurant was pleased with really high-quality cuisine, high level of service and excellent location. The wedding was celebrated in the summer, opposite the park, everything is very convenient, a photo shoot was held in the park, and the guests were accommodated at the hotel. I recommend the restaurant hall for any festive event, be it an anniversary, a wedding or a corporate party. The hall is spacious, beautiful, I recommend it.

We lived in a hotel and used a cafe in October 2024. There are no complaints about the kitchen (dishes), cleanliness and comfort of the place. But there is a disadvantage in the service. Often there are no clean dishes in order to simply put food on the breakfast buffet. Sometimes there are no cups for porridge, then plates, then cups for coffee and tea. When contacting the staff, you get a dry answer: "Wait, they will be here soon" and ... it soon turns into 10 minutes or more! And they bring only a few pieces (8-10) and the dishes immediately run out and you have to wait again for at least an amount of time.

We recently visited the Victoria Platinum restaurant with our family and were very satisfied. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in warm colors, creating a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant's menu offers a wide selection of European dishes, as well as a variety of desserts.
The waiters are polite and attentive, take orders quickly and keep the tables clean. I would especially like to note the quality of the dishes - everything was cooked perfectly!

Considering that the hotel is 4 stars, not 5-everything is very good. We have already stayed there several times, tried other hotels, but we are still coming back here. We are pleased with the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, good sound insulation. But there was no refrigerator in the room, there were no disposable slippers. A refrigerator was brought at the request, but somehow it's not very pleasant to ask for what should already be there. The breakfasts are good. The SPA area is great. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, the prices, as in the whole city, are not higher. The food is normal, but without any special frills.I liked the pumpkin soup, its special design, but the hot dish is completely ordinary, without any zest, although it tastes good. There were no people in the hall except us. The waiter was a very nice girl, polite and attentive. Overall, everything was fine.

Отель мне очень понравился, большие просторные номера, средняя звукоизоляция. Большие плюсы: чистые номера, оборудованные всем необходимым, косметическо-гигиенические принадлежности в ванной комнате есть, кровать идеальная по мягкости и размерам. При заезде вам подарят сертификат на одно посещение в Spa центр, со всеми услугами! Персонал приветливый, однозначно рекомендую данный отель и в следующий раз остановлюсь здесь. Минусы - тапочек в номере нет, из выдают на рецепции по запросу.

We stayed at the Victoria Spa hotel. We had breakfast in the restaurant and were very disappointed. All the second courses were served cold (pasta, pancakes, sausages...) the bread is always stale, the assortment of " cuts " is meager for a restaurant of this level.

Номера замечательные . Завтрак приличный.Прекрасная возможность расслабиться в СПА комплексе. Но есть минусы:
1.очень мягкий матрас
2. Халат, тапочки только по заявке. Имейте в виду.
3. Вода 0.5 в номер, желательно кулер на каждый этра.

Не плохой отель, удачное расположение напротив парк, и до центра города не далеко. Просторные номера, правда в номере было прохладно, не смотря на то, что на улице было тепло. Завтраки на мой взгляд дороговато 26 by с человека, мы не стали брать. Есть парковка у входа, мы были три дня и проблем найти место для парковки не было. Цена за номер выше средней по городу, бонусом в стоимость номера входит поход в спа-центр при отеле.

Очень мне понравилось, была на корпоративе. Тебя встречают, подсказывают, где переодеться, куда пройти, сама атмосфера располагает к отдыху, программа на уровне. Рекомендую туда сходить разок на разведку, точно понравится и вам!)

Сервис отвратительный, соврали при заселении (около 20.30 вечера),что дают нам последний номер выбранной категории- номер на 2м этаже с видом на внутренний двор! После наших долгих объяснений, что приезжаем из СПБ уже 4 год подряд на 9 мая не ради вида на внутренний двор- дали номер на другом этаже,с видом на парк (отсюда всегда виден салют). Вопрос :зачем врать про последний? Мы объясняли, что бронировали заблаговременно,за 2,5 месяца. Холодильник в последнем номере НЕ работает ,т.е.работает на подогрев,поэтому приходилось просить лёд для охлаждения бутылки игристого. Два дня приносили, а на третий день сказали,что в 4х звездочном отеле это не предусмотрено, только при покупке алкоголя в баре. Для меня это стало странным заявлением,т.к. при наличии льда и в 3х звездочном его приносят. Неприятные впечатления,не будем более останавливаться в этом отеле, год от года всё хуже.

Меню маленькое. Пара супов, гарниров и т.д. Чисто, уютно. Если надо быстро пообедать вполне подойдёт. Лучше платить наличными, у нас возникли проблемы с оплатой по терминалу.
