We stayed at the hotel during a trip to Minsk. Overall, we were satisfied! The rooms are cozy, clean, with a pleasant interior and a beautiful view from the window. I would especially like to note the high level of service — the staff is attentive, polite and always ready to help. I was also pleased with the spa area, which is a great place to relax after walking around the city.
On the downside, the ventilation didn't work very well, and it was as if there was no air conditioner. Even after calling the master, the situation did not improve significantly, it was hot and stuffy at night. The breakfasts were offered in a buffet format, the choice was large, but the taste of the dishes left much to be desired.
Despite the disadvantages, the impressions of the stay are rather positive. If you slightly improve the climate control and the quality of the food, it will be almost perfect!

I'll start with the pros: great breakfast! A varied buffet menu. Huge selection: chicken/fish/pancakes/ draniki/salads.... No one will leave hungry!
Polite staff. Nice, spacious rooms.
But! The two of us were given ONE room card for two... these are the little things that spoil the overall gorgeous picture. There was an oilcloth under the sheets, sorry… from leaks, apparently… it rustles insanely! What a kindergarten. I have never seen this in any hotel ... the restaurant is open until 22, at 21:20 it is impossible to eat, because the kitchen does not cook.
SPA: OK, but it works like a public pool, be prepared in the evening for children, pregnant women, some grandfathers with prostitutes ... it's better to go in the morning... while it's clean…
You will have to walk to pharmacies/shops nearby. There is a beautiful park across the street. We were in a car, so there were no problems with moving.

The hotel left a generally positive impression. Excellent location, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
However, the room was cool, especially in the evening, which caused some discomfort. The cleanliness in the room could have been better — there were minor flaws that spoil the overall impression. In addition, the delivery of water to the room took about an hour and a half, I had to call the reception twice.
The rest of the hotel is good, but there are points that need to be improved.

The hotel is good, the rooms are huge, large beds, towels, slippers, bathrobes are all fresh, shampoo, shower gel, even a shower cap, a hairdryer is excellent, tea accessories, water is provided, a safe in the room, light on various levels. Wi-Fi is unlimited. Daily access to the pool and sauna is included. Cons: only breakfast is included, you can have lunch and dinner, but when we checked in on Friday, everything was closed for special maintenance and for the whole weekend. There is a shopping mall with many food outlets within a 15-minute walk.

A luxury hotel, no more words are needed.
Good varied breakfast food, the restaurant is very bright and cozy.
The rooms are warm and comfortable. All hygiene products were available, and if something was needed, the staff would immediately add everything.
There is food in the Lobby bar. In the form of salads, sandwiches, and cakes.. What pleased us, after 23:00, we were able to eat))

It's a lovely hotel. I liked everything. Check-in with a view of the park plus on a high floor, the room itself is modern, clean, has everything you need-which is not there-they bring it quickly-you need to call the reception. I was a little surprised by the complete absence of cotton swabs, but this is not critical.
But they offered to check in at 11, although we went on an excursion and did not take advantage of it. But it was nice. The second key was given to us after some persuasion. We arrived with a friend, sometimes we walked separately, I didn't want to run back and forth at the reception, and someone can sleep in the room-and how to wake him up when you come knocking? In general, it is not clear why this was done, but we quickly resolved this issue.
The breakfasts are excellent. I had to eat the sausage only today, because today there were wings instead of chicken legs. Not steamed, of course, but baked. I ate with pleasure all the days-it was very tasty. There are vegetables (iceberg, beetroot or pumpkin, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. already with spices). In general, I liked everything-my PP was successful.
There is a beautiful park under the windows. It's very beautiful. And a beautiful view from the room. We mastered buses-we reached the center when we no longer had the strength to walk. And so it's about 2.5 km to the center. And to the subway (it wasn't used). The Castle shopping center is 600 meters away, and there is a grocery store in it. And clothing stores.

Great hotel. Good location. I liked everything: the service, the cozy lobby, a good breakfast, a comfortable room, high-quality cleaning, a wonderful spa complex. It is convenient to go to the pool in a bathrobe from the room. The only thing that surprised me was the non-working refrigerator in the room. They said at the reception that they simply did not have time to clean it and there was no provision for a refrigerator. And the customers whose rooms have a working refrigerator are just lucky))) Otherwise, everything was fine! I recommend the hotel.

A decent hotel that you can safely choose when visiting Minsk.
The advantages include: the presence of a SPA complex where you can swim, steam, relax in the Jacuzzi for free; a good location (across the street is a large and green park, a river, a 5-minute walk from a large shopping mall with shops of leading brands, an ice rink); spacious rooms with good sound insulation; relatively low price; hansgrohe faucets; the rooms are cleaned every day.
The disadvantages include: quite expensive breakfasts, rooms that are starting to age morally (there are flaws, chips, scratches, and a toilet seat without a microlift).
Overall, the hotel left a positive impression.
We booked a room for two adults and two children. The room had two double beds and a pull-out sofa. The beds were moved together and four people easily slept on them (the children are not very big yet). The sofa was folded and not even used. It's not clear why three pillows were provided, even though there are four of us.
The menu in the restaurant is quite expensive, we went to other places for lunch/dinner.
It would be possible to put 5 stars, but the hotel is 4 stars, so I put a "four".

A great hotel, the rooms are large, cozy, clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary hygiene supplies: a dental kit, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap. It's a beautiful place. The rooms are great. The breakfasts are varied, and there are a lot of additional side dishes. The service and the atmosphere are without complaints. True, bathrobes and shoe spoons are provided on request, but this is written in the rules of accommodation. We got to the SPA on a day off, so it was crowded, but this is the only disadvantage.
It may be a little far from the center for someone, but we walked around Minsk from the railway station through the Upper Town and the island of tears on foot.

The rooms are good, very new. Bathrobes, towels, etc., all according to 4 stars. The breakfasts are well-chosen, there are no problems with the quantity. Daily cleaning, good. The car parking is large. The staff is polite. The SPA was not used. The location in the city is for those who drive their own car or use a taxi. Panoramic views.
We were from December 27 to December 30, in two restaurants of the hotel, there were daily corporate parties. From the view restaurant, the sound can be heard through 3 floors. At midnight, no one will ask the corporate party to become quieter for your sake, wait for the banquet to end. God forbid karaoke lovers won't be too fake...
One day, the cleaning was a big mistake, the maid did not want to remove the extra bed.

We stayed in this hotel for one day from May 1 to May 2, 2025. Great hotel. The room is large and spacious, everything has bathroom accessories, bathrobe, slippers, kettle, coffee tea, cream, sugar, water. The view from the 11th floor window is excellent. We celebrated New Year's Eve. There are signs if you need to get out. The staff is friendly, the SPA area is excellent, there is a hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, swimming pool. There was a Christmas tree in the lobby, a buffet of photo zones, everything was like everywhere else abroad. I recommend it to the community. I wish I could be longer.But we had a New Year's holop tour of Europe, so to speak.

A great hotel, it's a pity that we just stayed in it for a day. The girls at the reception arranged the check-in quickly. They are very friendly and always with a smile! The hotel itself is located in a convenient location: there is a public transport stop, a shopping center, a park, and the presidential palace nearby. We managed to check out the SPA center. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. The pool has a comfortable depth and length. There is a hydro massage. You can relax on comfortable sun beds. The visit is free of charge. The breakfast is delicious and there is a large selection of dishes. Fresh fruits . In the coffee machine, you can make any coffee at your discretion. I really liked the freshest and most delicate eclairs! And the child checked out the tastiest cutlets! To be honest, all the food was delicious! Our room was on the 3rd floor with a view of the park. Clean, cozy. Mini fridge,tea and coffee set, drinking water. When we come to Minsk next time, we will stay only in this hotel!

This hotel is located on one of the avenues of Minsk opposite the Presidential Palace. The staff is friendly and does their job promptly.The lobby, the guest area is gorgeous. Everywhere is clean, comfortable, spacious and cozy rooms. In front of the hotel there is a huge forest park with a magnificent lake, around which there are walking paths with several alternative routes. Picnic areas are provided in several places.
The only thing, but, is that the food is a little scarce for a hotel of this rank , although the food zone is very large, spacious, well equipped. I really liked the hotel, I would choose it again to stay. We lived in a very spacious room with a magnificent view from the window.

I often visit this spa. For me, this is a place with a good price/quality ratio. A pool with 2 cannons, a cannon for legs and back, 2 Jacuzzis, a hammam, a sauna (not very large), an ice generator, there was a barrel of cold water, but it broke and has not yet been reinstalled. We stayed at this hotel in early June 2024.
Positive:
Convenient location, close to the center, near a large park and a river. There is a pleasant promenade, convenient for evening walks.
The presence of a spa center with a nice swimming pool, which is included in the price. You can refresh yourself at the end of the day.
The condition of the rooms and common areas is four plus.
Minuses:
Room cleaning is minimal, often it's just changing towels and replenishing the water supply. I had to ask them to clean our room properly.
You need to ask for bathrobes at the reception.
Breakfast left a double impression. It was plentiful, more like lunch, but there were no fresh pastries, and the quality of some products leaves much to be desired. The eggs were obviously old with a strong smell. They may have been bought in bulk six months ago. When asked about the smell, they replied that they were not rotten and that was normal. The coffee machines are old and slow, coffee for three.
In general, we liked the hotel, as well as Minsk. Tighten up the breakfast and service a little, and there will be a solid five stars.

I really liked the hotel itself. Nice, spacious, clean rooms. Very decent breakfasts. But the SPA causes a lot of complaints. A lot of visitors come from the street and no one controls the number of visitors and their behavior. Many people jump into the pool upside down, and everyone swims without hats, especially girls and women with their hair down. There is no supervision of the pool by the administration, but the pool is deep and children, including small ones, swim in it. I probably wouldn't go to a pool like this a second time.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from 08.10 to 11.10.2024. Our check-in was in the evening. Parking is available next to the hotel and there is a free indoor parking, but it can sometimes be dirty. At the entrance, there is a reception on the right and a bar on the left, which is open until midnight. We were accommodated in room 520, located on the fifth floor. We went up in the elevator, there are 4 of them. We had a view of the neighboring building (I don't really know what kind of building it is) and from below we could see the pool where people were swimming. The room had 3 beds (2 single beds and one pull-out sofa),a TV, a bedside table above the TV, bedside tables near the beds, a desk and 2 closets. The bathroom had a toilet, a heated towel rail, a sink and the bathroom itself. Of the items in the room there were two books (in one you can order something from the restaurant, but the prices there are not cheap, and one book about the hotel itself), a phone on which you can provide a service (for example, iron the linen), a safe, cream, tea, coffee, cups, saucers, a kettle since the collapse of the USSR,metal spoons,and plastic cutlery (fork, spoon, knife). There was soap, shower gels, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The room was nice, but I would like to have a view of the city from the window. You can either buy breakfast on arrival or go to the restaurant in the morning and buy breakfast. Breakfast costs 40 Belarusian rubles per person, of course it is expensive, I would like breakfast to be included in the booking price. The food is of average quality. The juices are good, the sweet products are also good, the scrambled eggs and other dishes were cold, but I think if you come at 7 a.m. then the dishes will still be warm, but you don't have to worry, breakfast is open from 7 to 11 a.m. In general, I recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Minsk Hockey Arena. It's a brisk 40-minute walk away, or you can take a bus.
Advantages of the hotel:
-there is a swimming pool with a hammam and sauna
- I ordered a relaxing massage for myself and my child. The child liked everything very much, but I didn't really, because it was cold and uncomfortable in the office, there was no atmosphere of relaxation. I was also unpleasantly surprised by the fact that in practice the price turned out to be higher than on the website, tk additionally charges for oil and a disposable cap and panties. This is usually all included in the price.
-clean, spacious rooms, bathrobes, towels, bath accessories are all excellent, bottles of water in the room are replenished every day.
There are no special disadvantages, but I didn't like the lobby bar, it was cold, not cozy, and the cocktails weren't very good. And strangely enough, I didn't really like the breakfasts, I had to wait a long time for scrambled eggs and omelets. But the nuts with condensed milk were very tasty)))
Nevertheless, the staff is very polite, professional, friendly everywhere)

We lived for 3 days in a 4-bed room. Cozy, comfortable.
The location of the hotel is opposite a huge park, very cool view from the window!It's not clear why 4 stars: there is no iron in the room, there is on the floor, shared.

We were pleased with them in 2024, and there were many questions about them in previous years. Now we have exchanged the spa area of the Belarus hotel for Victoria, and every Thursday morning we have been going here with a friend for more than six months. We buy a subscription, it is more profitable there, and there is a cumulative discount system for regular customers.

We stayed for one night. In general, a good Hotel, but the price seemed a bit expensive in terms of price / quality. Of the advantages: 1) clean spacious room, comfortable beds 2) private parking. Of the cons: 1) I did not like the SPA, the hammam did not work, the steam room is small, there are a lot of people in the pool 2) the restaurant is already closed at 21:30, although the reception said that the restaurant is open until 22:00 3) sooo slow Internet. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but we did not go, because we preferred to have breakfast in the center.

Hotel ****, good location, several bus stops from the center. Nearby is a huge park on the banks of the Svisloch River, government buildings. The shopping center is also a 10-minute walk away. The room is spacious, a great bathroom with a bath/toilet. Wonderful Plumbing, we took a shower with pleasure. Breakfast is a buffet, everything your heart desires: both dairy products and hot, fresh vegetables / fruits, fried eggs to order in your presence. There is a bar in the lobby 24/7. There is a SPA area with a swimming pool, but we didn't get there, we just didn't have time. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a change of bed linen, but we stayed for 2 nights, so I won't say how often the linen is changed. Towels are changed on request. We decided that if we come to Minsk again, we will stay at this hotel.

The three of us stayed in a suite during the January holidays of 2025. The hotel is very nice, from the entrance group to the elevators and rooms, even at a high cost it's worth it, a nice bonus is a one-time free visit to the spa area. The view from the room was great of the presidential palace, the floor was high. Everything in the room was very clean, and it remained so during the subsequent daily cleaning, for which thanks to the maids. The room is filled with excellent furniture and the quality of its contents. There were nuances with the light and the number of cups, and the hard pillow, which were resolved very quickly after treatment. The room has a huge bathroom with bathrobes and a second bathroom with a washbasin, in this regard, the room is luxurious. The main bed is very large and comfortable, the sofa bed is normal. The quality of the linen is excellent. The bathroom has excellent filling, there is everything to brush your teeth, wash and shave, towels are changed daily. The breakfasts are excellent, especially when the cook is working on omelets and fried eggs that are prepared in front of you, the choice is varied and high-quality. The SPA area is very nice, a large swimming pool, two Finnish baths and a hammam, two Jacuzzis, sun beds. Massage treatments (master Natalia) and spa treatments are available separately, very cool! The location of the hotel is very convenient and it takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi or bus. There is a great Castle shopping center nearby. In general, it justifies its four. The food is a bit monotonous. But everything is delicious: pancakes with cottage cheese, omelette, meat, and coffee. The hotel has a swimming pool, access is included in the price. The pool is 20 meters. The depth is the same everywhere 1.5m. there are also two Jacuzzis. I consider the pool to be a very pleasant bonus to your stay. There is a covered 6-storey parking lot, free of charge. The rooms are clean, the garbage was taken out and vacuumed every day. The linen was changed 3 days after arrival. From disposable: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hats. There were no slippers, dental kit, or shaving kit. Considering that our room was booked for 4 people, but one child without a place), we were given everything for three people: three pillows, three sets of towels, three bottles of water. Slippers, a towel and a pillow were provided on request. The staff is polite. Location 🔥🔥🔥 opposite the presidential residence and Victory Park. There is also a large shopping center nearby.

I visited this hotel for the first time. Everything is good, clean, cozy. But... I arrived in the midst of the corporate New Year celebrations. The restaurant is closed for 3 days! From the word at all! Breakfast only. Why can't the restaurant close at 15-16? It's not clear. I'll never choose this hotel again, what if someone has an anniversary or a wedding? The nearest decent cafe is 20 minutes away by taxi....
