The service is "excellent". They try to withdraw from the warranty for any nonsense. Technical support is "on top". A polite "specialist" will tell you that you have crooked hands, even before you have voiced the problem and will give you "cool" advice - read the instructions (in which there is almost nothing).

The boiler is normal, but the company servicing it is a nightmare. When the boiler broke down in the cold, no one came, they said, "wait for the day when the master will be free." And the dispatcher also stressed that it is not -20, but -16 frost outside and it's okay if you turn on the heater! A class, not a firm.Therefore, the contract was terminated!
