We wanted to withdraw the winnings, but even here the waiting without queues is long… It's the same at the bar, people can see that there are people standing, but unfortunately no one comes up. I'm already silent about the greeting and the standard offer of tea or coffee. A very unpleasant first trip.... I advise you to review your staff.
