I constantly visit this chain of stores, but unfortunately an unqualified employee works at this address, who is not interested in having something bought from her at all. A completely apathetic attitude towards potential buyers, cannot say anything about more than one product, apparently she is not familiar with the product herself, this is not a sales consultant, but an ordinary cashier. I think that in a specialized store, sellers should be at least a little familiar with the product, and not sit on the phone without looking up, this is not respect for customers. I hope the director of this network will have a conversation with the employees working at this point, everything is fine at the other points, thank you
