A completely apathetic attitude towards potential buyers, cannot say anything about more than one product, apparently she is not familiar with the product herself, this is not a sales consultant, but an ordinary cashier. I think that in a specialized store, sellers should be at least a little familiar with the product, and not sit on the phone without looking up, this is not respect for customers.
