Good afternoon! We are resting today on 06/13/2024 the last day, tomorrow we fly home, we arrived on 2.06.2024.
Who is too lazy to read - the hotel is good for their money, but!
I will not exhibit the general photos in full.
And so:
There are 2 hotels on the same territory, bi Main and a Volar (almost a mirror copy) was built nearby, which means 2 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, 2 water parks for everyone and 2 for lala, 2 restaurants on the beach. One stage, one beach and one lunopark.
Evaluations:
The food is 5, there is always enough, meat is almost always three types in different variations beef, chicken, lamb, there was beef tongue for several days, plus beef liver in Albanian (deep-fried pieces) came to me personally, but very tasty and tender, Bali themed days with strawberries and seafood and with different meat.
Alcohol is 5, local, some in bottles, some are poured from apparatuses, but high-quality, very tasty cocktails (although 9 out of 10) depends on the bartender, but they never got sick in the morning. The beer is not bad. The only thing is that they don't make cocktails at the beach bar, but there is basic alcohol.
The territory is 4.5 , small, but everything is nearby, there are no free sunbeds in the pool after 10 a.m., the staff is trying to fight, but it's useless, 30 percent are occupied but there is no one.
Lunpark - 5+ children are happy, they go every day, not every hotel with x2 prices has one.
The beach is 5, the sand is both on the shore and in the sea, the approach is smooth. At lunch, the food is good, the pizza at the restaurant on the beach is very tasty (there is always a queue). It is better to swim on the right side of the beach, there are 50 meters to large stones, 20 meters to the left. There are always free sun beds. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach or 5-7 minutes by free car. If you walk, then before reaching the beach 300 meters, there is a bridge across the river, where you can feed fish and turtles in the morning.
If you turn left in front of the beach, you get to a long beautiful sidewalk along the shore (it's very cool to walk in the evening).
The rooms are 5, the hotel is new, but in our building # 2, as in others I know, at night at 3 o'clock, the air conditioner turned off constantly, I had to get up and turn it on. And we also did not immediately realize that when you open the balcony door, the air conditioner turns off.
Cleanliness is 3, there are no complaints about public places, toilets, etc., everything is washed and very often, everywhere is clean. But, the rooms are not cleaned very well. And most importantly, pay attention to the cutlery and mugs, they are almost always not washed.
Service 5, waiters, bartenders and animators are almost 80% girls from Kazakhstan, but others understand Russian well.
But we couldn't find an iron at the hotel!!! As we were told, it used to be, but it was stolen and that's it, if you want to iron the thing, take it to the laundry - the price is 8 euros, of course it's tin. There is also a paid safe, but this problem is solved by a suitcase with a combination lock.
Russian Russians, Kazakhs, Poles, Germans, Turks, etc. are multinational guests of the hotel, but it seems to us that Russians are the most.
In the heat, it's fun to go to the steam room, hammam and swim in the indoor cold pool, you can also change clothes and wash before leaving if you have already rented a room, and it's not too soon to leave the hotel.
If they tighten the cleaning in the rooms, it is better to wash cutlery and mugs, buy an iron and make a free safe, then there will be nothing to lower the rating!

About Victory Be Mine. Geographically, both hotels are located on the same square. To the sea is a 12-minute walk at a very slow pace (with a 2-year-old child) or 5 minutes by transfer bus, which takes no more than 5 minutes to wait. The beach is sandy, smooth approach. There is a cafe on the beach from the hotel. The kitchen at the hotel is at a good level. From the comments, except for a small number of meat dishes at lunch, however, it is difficult not to find food to your taste. A lot of fresh fruits! You won't stay hungry for sure. The hotel has 2 large swimming pools, 2 children's pools with slides and 2 with adults (taking into account the neighboring hotel). The slides work according to the schedule. The staff is predominantly Russian-speaking. Not far from the airport, about an hour by bus. The rooms are spacious.

We had a vacation with our family in May 2024. The hotel is relatively new so as not to make a mistake for a year and a half. The service is lame, the room may not be cleaned at all, the contents of the bar are not always updated in full, everything must be asked and you must go to the reception, otherwise there will be no sense. It's a long, long way to the sea. This is definitely not the second line, as representatives of companies offering you excursions joke, this is the 5th line that they are trying to reach the second line with good food. The sea is 2.5 km away, the food at sea is monotonous, it is better at the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus to the sea, every 15 minutes. In general, the fact that the hotel is quite new, the food in the hotel is good, relatively not bad. The safe is paid, while they immediately warn that it is better to use the safe, otherwise you can lose something. There is no iron. The pool is good, but the staff steals towels that are left on the sun beds, ostensibly under the pretext that it is impossible to occupy the sun beds, oh, we went to the slides with the whole family, we left the towels When we arrived, there were no towels. They will be sold to you later, when you need to rent them out. At least it's not decent. In general, it's fine, but annoying.

We had a rest in Victory Volare for 2 adults, 2 children 6 and 13 years old from June 25, 2024-9 nights.
The flight was very difficult, they cheated with a / k, instead of "Turkish Airlines" they gave "AnadoluJet". But this does not apply to the hotel, so I will not describe it here.
We arrived at the hotel at about 9.30 am, handed over the documents and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we came to the reception, we were offered a Family room for an additional fee, after haggling, they paid extra and immediately gave us the keys to the room. It turned out to be much cheaper than they would have bought from a tour operator.
The hotel's guests are 60% Russians, 30% Turks, the rest Poles, Slovaks, Latvians, etc.
Russian Russians, Kyrgyz, Kazakhs, Turks are the staff of the hotel, so you feel like you are in the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory -Russian speech is everywhere)). The staff is very nice, kind, unobtrusive.

The room is pretty clean on visible surfaces (they didn't climb under the bed, I believe that everything is as usual there)))). The mini-bar was replenished as needed - cola, fanta, gas.1 liter of water, water in closed plastic cups (so everywhere throughout the hotel), apricot/peach juice 4 pcs of 0.2ml.
Coffee/cream/sugar/various teas were also replenished as needed. 2 cups, a kettle, 2 glasses.
In the bathroom there is a hair conditioner and body lotion in small bottles, gel d / d + shampoo 2in1 hanging in a dispenser in the shower, liquid soap near the sink (there is no lump soap). The comb is small, cotton buds were given out on the day of arrival and that's it. A shoe spatula, a shoe sponge. We had a free safe by agreement / agreement in VK with Zafer.
Daily cleaning, towels and linen were changed daily, cosmetics were also replenished daily.
We have never heard any noise from the neighbors, but we can hear the music from the stage sooooo well, the hotel does not sleep until 12 at night. I knew about the noise, so I'm not complaining. They say if you take rooms with a view to the other side, you can't hear the scene. Honestly, I don't understand why the music is playing until 12 at night if there is a nightclub??!!!

When choosing a hotel, I did not give an unimportant role to hotels with good food, the reviews about this hotel were simply amazing. However, personally, my family and I were not delighted with the food! I have been to Turkey for the 6th time, I always take budget fives, and for the first time I came across such a meager set of food, especially for lunch. There are very few meat/fish dishes for lunch -one fish dish and a couple of chicken dishes. Moreover, the menu is repeated. Mostly meat is chicken, and stewed. For dinner, too, so-so. And a huge disadvantage is that not all dishes have names. For example, the kebab or kebab was exclusively made of mutton, but there is no inscription and there is no one to ask, no one knows Turkish. We went to dinner at Bimaine several times, as it seemed, there was a better choice, but there were also people there (as it seemed to us)much more than in Volar.
But there is a lot of ice cream for children-there are several types of magnate, frozen ice, ice creams in cookies, a huge variety of balls.
The bars are good, I liked them, especially the hotel's hit cocktail DAIQUIRI, it's divine. In general, alcohol, including cocktails, is available for every taste. There were queues for cocktails, but not to say that they were very long..Sometimes I had to wait 10-15 minutes.

The first time we did not go to the first line and in vain. I didn't like it, but the first line is the first line. Minibuses traveled often, they never waited more than 3 minutes. It was infuriating that the seats were always wet. We sat on towels or rode standing up. The disadvantage of the hotel is that towels are issued only in the hotel itself, there is no issue on the beach and it is very inconvenient to drag towels to the sea. We walked a couple of times, it takes about 10-12 minutes.
The beach itself is in the form of a rectangle- narrow in width, the entire size is long, there are a lot of sun beds. We came to the beach at 9-10 in the morning and lay freely on 2-3 rows, and there are 10-15 rows for sure. It's a long way from the sun beds to the water, the entrance to the water is smooth, a small strip of pebbles. The sea is not deep, almost up to 1.80 buoys and rocks!! Be careful-there are a lot of stones! After reading the reviews, we swam closer to the water entertainment, but even there the buoys have a huge stone, my husband cut his leg. On the 7th day of rest, we learned from tourists that in the nearby Vonresort hotel (to the left of the pier), the bottom of the sea is just perfect and it's true! The bottom is gorgeous, so the last days of rest we swam there.
There is a bar on the beach, including alcohol, except cocktails, they are only on site. We had lunch on the beach a couple of times, an assortment of dishes for three.

This is a separate story ((( My husband bumped into the glass 2 times in the Volar pool and 1 time in the Bimaine when playing water polo. My daughter has taken out the glass several times since the day. I wrote to Zafer personally, apologized, brought a compliment to the room, the pool was cleaned in the evening (personally observed). However, the next day, the story repeated itself-they stepped on the fragments again. This problem will be repeated day after day while drinks are poured into the glass at the bar!! YOU can'T put glass in the pool, it's very dangerous. We took a picture of a Turkish family sitting in the pool, and there were glass glasses with beer on the side. We showed the photo at the reception, they just shrugged, saying that we are not the first to complain about the glass in the pool.
There are a lot of sun beds by the pool, but they are quickly occupied, so there is no place after 9.30-10.00. The depth of the pool is up to my shoulders, with a height of 165cm and so on around the perimeter. I liked the slides, both children and adults rode. The children's pool is also good.

All animation takes place on the territory of the Bee Main Hotel. We saw water polo, aerobics. There is volleyball on the beach. Archery, bocce. For the children, we had a master class at the beach restaurant BiMaina-pizza preparation. Super, I liked it. The children's mini-disco is the same every day, on the 5th day the child refused to go.
The evening show is the same from year to year in all hotels along the coast - gymnasts, dancing, foam party, magic tricks. I saw a motorcycle show for the first time, I liked it. There are enough seats at the stage, if you come right next to the evening show, then, of course, there will be no seats. See the schedule and take your seats in advance.
The Luna Park is super, the children rode on all the attractions. This is a free feature of the hotel. There are no huge queues, and if you come to the opening, you can ride all the attractions almost without queues.
In general, for us, the hotel is on the "top three". I will not recommend it and we will not return to it ourselves. The injured left because of rocks in the sea and glass in the pool.

We were brought to the hotel on August 2, an hour later. There was no dinner, it was already closed. The number was given temporary. They said they would change it in the morning. He said the information would be the day before, before departure, on August 9 at night we leave, so the information will be from 18-00 on the website or at the reception. We went to the sea after that. After the sea, we went straight to lunch. At 15:00 we came to the room, we were abruptly asked to move to another room. Within 5 minutes. It's kind of indecent. Everyone's phones are on WiFi , there at the reception and at the guide , our numbers are recorded. No one called. Although they walked in the morning, they didn't hear us. And now run, urgently. It's so wrong. They gave me a room for two. Linen and towels were only for two. There were no soap products for hair and body at all. The air conditioner was constantly shutting down. It was only in the evening that we barely managed to get bed linen for our son of 14 years old. Towels were given only the next day, 3 sets. Disposable slippers were never issued. Shampoo has never been put on, only shower gel and hair conditioner, and that's it.I want to clarify that our vacation was paid for 3 people, me, my husband and my son of 14 years. The room was not cleaned. I had to make a complaint at the reception. It was constantly leaking under the sink. The shower was overhead and ordinary. You turn on a regular shower, and the ceiling shower pours with it. They talked, complained, nothing has changed. In the pool, something was added, as the eyes turned red, and even pus ran up, everything passed only after the sea water. Food, alcohol, ice cream, it's all all day. At sea until 17-00. That's all right. Other disadvantages. Towels were left on the sun beds. All the days were left, and this is the last day of rest. They left it early in the morning, and the husband was lying there, went to the room, came in 20 minutes, there were no towels. And other people are screaming. The husband went to swear, because he had to pay 5 euros for each towel, since they were gone. The employees took it, supposedly they had to leave something else. The most interesting thing is, all the days were fine, and suddenly, something else to leave. Towels were given after the scandal. We left towels and an empty bag, and old slippers, but not cheap, at 17-00 we went to the sea, at 19-00 we returned. There are no towels and no bags, and everything is closed. The reception said only in the morning. And as in the morning, we leave at night. This is a complete disgrace.
We had a farewell dinner before leaving. On August 8, I asked at the reception in the morning that today was our last night. I know from the website, and from other vacationers who have been and are now coming, that they give a separate table, they serve separately, you can take separate, beautiful photos.
In the morning we were convinced that everything would be fine in the evening. We came beautifully dressed in the evening. I realized on vacation that Russians are generally disliked. This is not respect. We are not drunkards, a perfect, clean and beautiful family. I don't drink alcohol at all.
I approached a Russian-speaking girl in the dining room, she said that I had to go to another room. They came there, asked, and said there was no such thing. I returned to the reception, there was already another girl, completely Russian, - she said that there was no such thing in the hotel. Another deception. We went back to the dining room, lost an hour, talking back and forth. It's terrible. We just ate as usual all day. They dumped us smartly.

The hotel does not pull in 5 stars, at best 3 stars, from where so many positive reviews are not clear. Of the good things, only the food can be noted, everything else is a complete failure. The rooms are dirty, cleaned formally, only changing towels. If you want the floors to be washed in the room, then do it yourself or check with the maid, no one will do the cleaning on their own. If you only ask for repeated cleaning during the day, then you will get it more or less for 4 or 5 times. The rooms are made of cardboard, all the neighbors can be heard, one sneezed through 5 rooms and was told "be healthy". Everything is clearly audible from the street, there is no sound insulation. The food is monotonous, the same thing every day, only 1 dish can change. If it suddenly rains, then everything in the hotel stops working and floods the place for receiving food. Water drips from the ceiling right into the plates you're carrying. The maids calmly take out the tourists' suitcases and look at what the tourists have brought with them, hoping to find money and things that they will like. If you did not leave a tip for the maid, be prepared that the room will be a mess, plus they will pour water for you, I will throw it on or something else will do unpleasant. The hotel is valuable for the spa and extras are crazy, travel agents lure money by hook or by crook, very often steal the day and try to do it on the last day before the tourist leaves so that he does not write statements to the police. We were satisfied with the hotel.
Great hotel!
The friendly attitude of the staff is very pleasing.
When we stopped by, we were told that the standard was busy. They offered a luxury room for the night and if you like to stay there and pay extra, or then they will give you a standard. The next day we asked for a standard. But the room has not been cleaned yet and we were told to stay in it)) that there is nothing to pay extra.
As for the advantages of the hotel:

Of the cons:
For me, there are almost none.
The only thing is that there are few Russian speakers)) But they understood us anyway and treated us with understanding.
And the fact that the beach is a little further from the hotel, but we knew about it right away and it suited us). We took the bus, which runs often from the hotel, or walked for 7-10 minutes.

The waitress girls are attentive, ready to bring alcohol even from the bar for lunch or dinner, if you ask! The attitude is friendly everywhere! In general, we were not bored, a very busy vacation, do you want to go to the sea, sauna,steam room,swimming pool, lunapark, water park...in short, we are already tired! We arrived with good impressions! I recommend it to everyone!

I stayed at this hotel with my mother and child for 1.5 years from May 19 to May 29. The hotel is great. We were given a great room, even partially the sea was visible. Nutrition is generally a separate topic. There were pineapples and strawberries, and king prawns. The staff is all smiling, they clean the dirty dishes right away. The hotel has slides for small children and slides for adults, the lunopark was open every evening, animation for children and adults. In general, if you want a good solid five, then you are here. All the tourists I asked were satisfied, well, I visited more than one hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from 05/17/2023 - 05/27/2023. We arrived at night, met the hotel coolly. They offered snacks (there were rolls, sausage, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, vegetables), strong drinks, soda for every taste. They immediately offered a room to relax. It's perfectly cleaned, the bed is the cleanest. We stopped by on May 17th, as I wrote above, and the opening of the hotel is on the 15th. Little things, but.... The shower is not screwed on, the air conditioner does not work, there are no slippers, there is no chair on the balcony, the gym does not work. I had to go to the reception and ask them to finish it. Everything is really done quickly, this is a plus for the hotel. They clean very clean and efficiently, it is a pity that there are no toiletries provided in 5* hotels (there was no toothpaste, no brushes, no hair conditioner (given on the last day), no threads, no shaving accessories). We ordered a certain room, it was reserved for us (we went by ourselves, not through a tour operator, so we entered into correspondence and an agreement directly with the hotel), but upon arrival it turned out that the room faces the other side, the location of the rooms is different, although we were familiar with the room stock, so it was essential for us. I didn't see it at the reception, but I think this is the most important place in the hotel, the opening hours of the bars, the hotel plan, the schedule of the children's room, you can usually find everything at the reception. There is no clear timetable for the transfer to the sea, but here the drivers practically do not stand to the advantage of the hotel, they cruised non-stop if there were at least several people, even one. The beach is great, huge, always cleaned quickly and very clean. I liked the restaurant-bar on the beach, there is everything for lunch and afternoon tea, no need to return to the hotel. It is a pity that there is no ice cream for children on the beach, which is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. And the hotel only gives ice cream from 13-00. The sea, as always, is awesome, warm, sandy. There are a few slabs and large stones a little further from the shore, the water is clear, so they can be seen. The hotel has a specific program every day, I really liked everything, there is a schedule near the stage. Disco until two, also a plus, you don't have to go anywhere, as in many hotels. The animation is cool, I especially liked the animator, they didn't ask for the name, but it said MAX on the T-shirt, it's just a lighter. There is also a certain opinion about the children's room, there is no clear schedule, again, we have to find out from the animators. Children draw, play, color T-shirts, cook pizza and cookies, disco in the evening. Bars are a separate story, it seems to me that bartenders work like clockwork, well done, thanks a lot to everyone. But I would like to note that there are a lot of Russian vacationers, and the bartenders do not really understand what needs to be served, thanks to the experienced bartenders who know the spoken language of many languages, try to help if possible, this often created delays and queues. I would like to highlight the bartenders near the stage, they have a very difficult time in the evening. The food in the kitchen is delicious, everyone can find their favorite dishes, a wide variety. There is a good water park, unfortunately one slide did not work for the opening, there are cool children's attractions for children, but again the Lunopark was moved, and there was no information about it. The lobby is very beautiful, I really liked the bartender Anastasia Mashukova in the lobby. Dolmushi buses are located next to the hotel, which take you to Manavgat, Side. In short, as in all hotels, there are disadvantages and advantages. Sometime after May 20, the hotel was overloaded with vacationers, there were not enough sunbeds.

It's a very cool hotel for our family, we've been there for the second year in a row. Of course, there are moments for picky guests, but we are positive people and if you need to solve any issues and problems, then everything is repaired through the reception or other services, brought without questions. The trump card of this hotel is the kitchen and not only on the territory of the hotel, but also in the beach bar. Cool cocktails. From strong alco JB whiskey, the rest are Turkish, but of good quality. Daily evening variety shows. They take you to the disco in Side nightclubs, although there is a DISCO club until 2 am. The staff of this hotel is very friendly. I can also say about the guests. Of course, most Russians, Germans, but also Turks love this hotel. In general, we definitely recommend it, we leave there only with a cool mood and memories.

We had a rest in mid-September 2024. The staff is good, the room was ready to be cleaned at least every day. There is a lot of different food, but worthless. It was often cold and raw, undercooked (cutlets, chicken). The dishes are dirty. At the bar, coffee was poured into a cup with traces of lipstick. The beach towels were dirty, even with drops of blood. Before that, we had a rest in another year, this did not happen. We are very disappointed. The hotel has done its job, it's not worth going there anymore.

There are not enough slides, but a continuation of the hotel is being built nearby. The animators and evening concert programs are diverse. The minus is that the music screams until 12 at night. If you have small children, then it is better to choose rooms with a view of the road, rather than inside the hotel. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, the bus runs frequently. There is also a problem with a paid restaurant on the territory of the hotel, there are not enough waiters, and even the recording was confused, we were not recorded there. The cake was not baked for the child at the DR. But in general, the rest is of high quality.

One complaint, but not even to the hotel - but to the Pegasus tour operator. If you are traveling with a small child, then this is not a family hotel!!!! The music is pounding from 10 to 12 at night, so probably the whole of Antalya hears.
Either you need to choose a room that does not face the pool, or look for another hotel.

The cleaners come into the room shamelessly, everyone is asleep, she opened the door, went in. In general, you need to knock and wait for someone to open it for you!
Of course, we will not go to this hotel anymore, 4 * with a big stretch! There is no territory, the pools are large only, ice cream is given at the most irrelevant hours when people simply cannot take it. There are no cocktails at all at the beach Bar, beer and water, ayran, and fruits are also missing.
The staff is not interested in helping, I would even say dissatisfied, there are few waiters and they do not have time to clean the plates.
