We are now a family in this hotel. I want to warn you right away, do not believe the photos where everything is beautiful.
The rooms are very tired, cleaning every day, but mediocre. It is not possible to walk barefoot in the room.
The bathroom is very small. The cleaners are shameless, they knock once and immediately enter the room, even if you are sleeping or changing clothes inside. There are no Do Not disturb signs (there are on electronic locks, but they do not work).
After complaining, I found three more pins stuck in the headboard of the bed.
The food is not bad, varied, but the plates and utensils are dirty!
It is impossible to drink alcohol, only local drinks, although the hotel positions itself as an Ultra-inclusive!
The staff does not speak English and Russian naturally. You can only explain yourself at the reception!
Yesterday we went to a fish restaurant, everything is delicious, but we took the order for about an hour, because they just don't understand anything (only in Turkish)
The pool is large, but places are hard to find, everything is always occupied.
The baby was poisoned in it, apparently there was not enough cleaning in the children's pool, or a lot of chlorine ... (she does not eat local food, they took cans with them) therefore, they concluded that the infection was in the pool.
The attitude towards Russians is not very good, you stand at the bar and wait until everyone is served, because they do not hold us in high esteem.
The beach is nice and clean. The restaurant on the beach is also good. But it's a long way if you go with the children in the heat (15 minutes on foot) or 4 minutes by shuttle.
In general, if you are used to good 5* hotels, then this is definitely not it. I would put 4* and that's a stretch.
There is something to compare it with, so we will definitely not come back here anymore!

We were at the hotel from 10.05-20.05. From 20-31.07 we lived in the Be mine building. We arrived at 6 a.m., checked in quickly, for an additional fee. Standard room with pool view.
👉Reading the reviews, everyone already understands that the hotels do not have a territory, you can get to the sea, or you can walk.
- There are attractions, but we didn't ride them.
- There were flies in the restaurants! Once there were a lot of them, then there were fewer.Our dishes were clean!
- The beach on the Volare side is cleaned poorly and not in a timely manner, we rested on it. Vacationers pig themselves, and a lot. The staff is not coping with their task.
- There are rocks in the sea, be careful. It didn't bother us, if we swam, we sailed away from them in the other direction.
- There was almost no cleaning on the 5th floor of the 4th building!!! Dirty corridor, dishes standing on the floor (( There were 2 cleaning in the rooms for all days, on other days they either did not come, or knocked as soon as we came to rest in the afternoon, and we refused (in other hotels there were no problems with this somehow), adjusted to tourists! And then they refused, and it's good to clean up less.
-The spa area in Volare is new and beautiful, we liked it. The Mine is clearly battered, we went once and there was no desire to return there. Be careful in the steam room of a bench with split tiles, you can cut yourself badly.
- I really liked the food, it was delicious, varied, always fresh food, you definitely won't stay hungry. Many thanks to the CHEFS!!!! Special thanks for the cheesecake with berries.
- The waiters do not work badly, they do not work quickly. They can stand, chat among themselves and not come up and ask about drinks (in the restaurant Ve Mine), in the restaurant Volare the attitude is completely different, we liked it more and we began to go there)))
-A huge selection of fruits, there is almost everything except the very exotic ones.
- I want to write separately about the Ala carte restaurant, we were in Mexican. It is convenient to register via the terminal. The food is delicious, but it is Mexican (it was acute for me), the serving is beautiful, there are no questions for the chefs. But it will have to wait. We didn't wait for dessert. There is no air conditioner, they left, it was very hot.
- Bars. At the reception, thanks to Anastasia (Be Mine), and also noticed that they paid more attention to the Turks. Without words, a glass of tea, drinks, etc. You could stand in line, make an order, they will make you one position, and for the second they will tell you to come from the other side and you stand again! I didn't like this situation! The girls at Volare came up even if you just came to sit and asked if you needed something.
- Ice cream! In more than one hotel in Turkey, I have not seen such a large assortment, both in a package and in a horn or cup.
-I liked the idea with %, for the staff, we noted who we liked.

Good afternoon. We live here at the moment. He's leaving soon. I'll start with the number: not a big number, but everything is in principle there. When booking a tour, for some reason travel agents do not say that they have all rooms with a balcony. And that you can use the territory and restaurant of the neighboring victory volar hotel.
Food: well, it's fine, you won't stay hungry. Meat, fish, chicken -every day, sometimes shrimp, squid. Delicious grilled fish. The cakes are all with custard. Moderately sweet.
As for the children's menu, there is none. In the morning there are two types of porridge, but the daughter refused to eat both. I didn't appreciate the omelet either. She is 1.4. As a result, she ate pasta, rice, pancakes and waffles for the whole vacation in seven days. Sometimes pear, plum. And that's it 🙈
Alcohol: I couldn't drink it because my two attempts ended up sitting on a white throne (very dirty glasses in the bar😖), not squeamish, but for me it was too much.
The animation is weak. Practically none. Only the children's disco and the evening show still somehow pull.
The territory is super small, or rather it is not at all, as well as vegetation. The beach can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes slowly.
The beach is good, the sandy is soft, there is almost always enough lying. I ate on the beach normally, but in Egypt it was cooler in 4 stars.
In general, I can say that I will definitely not go to this hotel anymore.
PS: the waiters are great, they are trying, the barmen too.
The rooms are cleaned disgustingly.

Considering that we had a small child with us, who could forget himself and sit on the floor during the game, I would certainly like it to be cleaner)) The towels are all stained both in the room and on the beach. During the 12 days of my stay, I never saw clean towels. A separate story is the roller coaster. One of the slides is most likely designed for descending on a cheesecake, but it worked without them. And people riding it got injured and maimed. One of these "lucky ones" turned out to be my husband. He was almost thrown over the side of this slide and from the way he was thrown from side to side, he stripped half of his body and received bruises with terrible bruises. We came to the reception, asked them to close the slide so that someone else would not be injured, but they smiled maliciously and said - "You are not the first, yesterday a woman broke her arm there!" And this is how it is in the order of things! It's just a shock! The hotel has no territory, but everything is at hand. The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. They all try very hard, except for the room cleaners))) It takes 12-15 minutes to walk to the beach slowly, a minibus often goes. The beach is sandy , the approach is good , it is convenient with the kids , a wonderful promenade ! In general, we were satisfied with everything) but we will not go to this hotel a second time)

There are often queues in bars. Alcohol is only local and practically not edible. It can be consumed only in cocktails. And it is very important who prepares it. The beach is large, there are enough sun beds. Awnings. Rocks in the water occupy half of the beach. They are cleaned regularly. There is a shuttle service from the hotel. There are rush hours when it is crowded. People often sit down in the wet. Walk for 15 minutes and across the road, where the crossing is not in line of sight. In general, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is little greenery. Animation is scheduled and a lot. There are water slides and attractions. There's a disco in the basement.

In the morning, milk porridge (rice, oatmeal), hard-boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs with vegetables (cooked with you, you determine what to add tomatoes, sweet peppers or herbs), yoghurts (regular, with filler). There is also a very tasty ice cream.The service in the catering area is excellent - used dishes are quickly cleaned, vacant tables are prepared for incoming visitors. Room cleaning - the day of check-in and the next one were not cleaned, then they began to leave tips and cleaning became daily. They clean well, the staff is friendly, they try their best. The beach is 950 m away, 10-12 minutes on foot.Minibuses take you to the beach (4 minutes drive). It's very hot in the afternoon and we tried to get there by minibus. In the evening after 17 o'clock they rarely go, it's not so hot there anymore, in the evening we often walked to the hotel (at the same time, you walk past other hotels, on both sides of the road there are palm trees, flowering plantings, very beautiful and pleasant. The hotel does not have its own territory, so in the evening after dinner I liked to walk to the sea and back. The hotel has a swimming pool, a mini water park and a water park for older children and adults. It is open from 10.30 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 17.00. There is good animation on the beach and around the pool every day, and evening shows are also interesting. There is a pharmacy and a small shop near the hotel where you can buy souvenirs. In general, I liked the rest. Which I didn't really like : 1) despite the variety of cakes, they mostly have the same cream, and I didn't like it, 2) by the end of our vacation there were more tourist guests, there was not enough space in the air-conditioned catering halls, sometimes we had lunch and dinner at the tables of the pool bar, it was stuffy during the day, 3) room cleaning is not always daily, she asked once herself 4) in the evening after 18 hours from the beach there are many people who want to take the bus, by the end of our vacation there were 2 instead of 4, although there were more vacationers (since the return trip on foot in the evening does not bother, you can not consider this point a minus, but simply accept in consideration)

But the rooms have good mattresses on the beds, good pillows, and the rooms themselves are pretty. Half of the Road to the sea is dusty and littered, but the sea itself and the beach are cool. The next day we moved with an additional payment to a room with a private pool, it cost 200 euros, which in my opinion is a bit expensive for 6 days, but it brightened up our vacation, the first room without additional payments was worse, a little less and some minor flaws, some minor dirt on the walls.the only disadvantage of our second room was the lack of an air conditioner remote control, I had to get up to make it smaller, the room faced the luna park, it was quiet, unlike the rooms on the pool, I think it's less comfortable to sleep there in this regard, if the child is better not to take a view of the pool, by the way, he rests a lot with children.
The food is excellent, there is a huge selection of meat and fish dishes, fruits and sweets, ice cream of 30 types, 16 balls and in packages of the order of 10-12. The beach is 10 minutes away by a brisk walk through a green area with seemingly planted Orange/citrus trees. The shuttle runs every 5-7 minutes, you can use it a little faster in time for 5-7 minutes.
The beach is nice and gentle, the children are comfortable. For adults, the Pier of the nearby vanresort hotel is better, where you can dive or go down the stairs immediately to a normal depth. Adults do not swim ice, there are large stones on which many scratch their feet unknowingly ... you need to look carefully at the bottom to notice and group or swim along the top for buoys ... there are fewer stones you can swim further.
Overall, I liked the hotel, if not for the boulders on the sea it would be perfect.

I really liked the hotel. We rested from 06/01/2022. The staff is responsive and tries very hard for a comfortable stay for hotel guests. The food is great, everyone will find something of their own. The room is cleaned daily. Children will not be bored either, the animators entertain 100%. The beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. Attractions and entertainment shows are open every evening.
