One unpleasant incident ruined the whole relationship. I bought a computer, but from the very beginning there were problems with the power supply, the computer turned off spontaneously. I went to the store and was told to bring it for diagnosis, but since the problem appeared randomly and quite rarely, I decided to postpone the issue. A year later, the problem began to appear much more often, and I decided to take the computer to the service. They looked at it there for a day, of course the problem did not appear at that moment, and they said that there were no problems, most likely it was a virus. I took it home, completely reinstalled the system, but the problem reappeared. This time they were already aggressive, and they blurted out that if so, then bring them for diagnostics, we will test for a week, etc. In general, they refused to solve the problem, they refused to change the power supply. After I bought a new power supply myself, the problem went away. Like that.

Well, the computer was taken away and reinstalled on a new operating system, on a new SSD drive, but the problem did not go away. I contacted the company again. but they again began to claim that there was no problem with the diagnosis. in general, I have not been repaired. be careful, a completely illiterate person works in the service, and the head will strongly resist making repairs under warranty.
