Nice location with an open sea view, there is Parking)
There is always a huge queue at Victory, and this inspires confidence and disposition to come in and try.
A huge outdoor area with beautiful furniture, the staff speaks only Hebrew, cash and non-cash payments, there is wi-fi.
Belgian waffles and pancakes are like cotton wool, but the ice cream is indecently delicious, insanely delicious yogurt and coffee.
