Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice, helpful people at the reception. Near the war Museum, the former presidential palace. The pool is under an awning, but there's an employee who won't let you drink a beer, and a bunch of local retirees come. Not far from the city center.

Price - quality , European breakfast and there is a swimming pool, convenient location.

For relatively little money, it is not possible to spend the night on a good bed everywhere.
