They took advantage of the fact that people do not know Russian and were told to sign a contract, which they did. They didn't even announce the amount and the terms of the contract either. I'm trying to get through to the support line and they're not answering. This is some kind of outrage.

After he noticed that the conversation was being recorded, he hung up and did not answer anymore.
