I read the reviews and the price seemed too dubious, but I decided that I would survive 2 nights. Before checking in, I still asked to see the room, it suited me. If you change the burnt carpet and re-glue the wallpaper, then it's generally good. I slept well, I couldn't hear the neighbors (and 45 high school students arrived), there was a cooler on the floor. The bathroom is decent, unexpectedly pleased with the comfortable mattress. There are many channels on TV. The problem is only with breakfast- the kitchen works at large arrivals (so I was lucky with the students), but the breakfast is decent.
In general, for such money, I got more than I expected.
