Lived in this condo. A cool complex. Own swimming pool, clean area. I rented an apartment through an agency on the ground floor. A woman named Id works there, she manages a lot of apartments. It's like being behind a stone wall with her, help in any situation. The counters are state-owned. The Internet is 650 at 80mbps, light and water are about 1200 per month, for a studio of 36m2. But if the windows are on the road, it may seem a little noisy.
