We often come to the observation deck. The view of the mountains and the city is magnificent. The only disadvantage is that you have to get along the fence and it's also inconvenient that there is no full-fledged roof over the benches. We visited, on New Year's Eve, people came from all over the city, with children. Get some air, watch the fireworks. It started to rain heavily, with snow. And there's nowhere to hide. People came all this way, arrived at 00:00 and had to leave and take the kids away. Because the shelter is made, not invented. Planks, one through.
