The place is certainly not big here, but there is a very beautiful view of the city from Al-Farabi. I've been here for the first time, in general it's not a bad place to come, sit and enjoy the view

We often come to the observation deck. The view of the mountains and the city is magnificent. The only disadvantage is that you have to get along the fence and it's also inconvenient that there is no full-fledged roof over the benches. We visited, on New Year's Eve, people came from all over the city, with children. Get some air, watch the fireworks. It started to rain heavily, with snow. And there's nowhere to hide. People came all this way, arrived at 00:00 and had to leave and take the kids away. Because the shelter is made, not invented. Planks, one through. Neither from the scorching sun, nor from rain and snow.

Beautiful panorama, offers a view of the city. It is important that there is no smoke, fog. Be sure to see it when visiting Almaty.

They did, they did and.... They didn't finish it!!! A panoramic place with a huge trash can behind the fence? Moreover, such a wonderful playground, close to the pedestrian zone of Terrencourt, should and can be accessible and attractive for pedestrians and tourists, athletes and citizens! But you can't go to the playground, you can't drive, and why not make this route a small hiking adventure at sunset or dawn for fans of a healthy lifestyle and not only for them. But not so that they would come by car, make a mess of everything and leave, as is happening now, but so that they would come, work out, drink water, meet the sunrise and go down to the Terrancourt. The view from the site is a million!

If you want to enjoy the views of the mountains, get some fresh air, look at the night city, the observation deck is a very good place to do this.

This is not what you think when you hear "observation deck". There is no playground, there are only a couple of dumpsters and piles of garbage around)
