I would like to share my impressions about this salon (barbershop)!
I was in this place several times with a child, there was a request for a haircut, in general everything was fine! Today, 08/07/2024, I also called with the desire to register a child for a haircut, a girl picked up the phone, spoke sharply, not kindly and rudely, raised her voice, made it clear that at the moment my call is not on time and prevents her from working with other clients!
I consider this relationship unacceptable , I will not visit this salon anymore !

Disgusting work on the part of the administrators. I signed up for eyebrow painting and correction, as well as a full manicure. And of all that I got, this is a manicure, and it's not the one I wanted (in view of the master's abilities). But about everything in order.
To begin with, when recording, I said that I needed removal, extension and gel coating. Apparently, you decided to skip the part with the build-up and write it down to the master, who does not do the build-up at all. Well, I turned a blind eye to this, although this is already a great negligence on your part. The more outrageous thing turned out to be that when recording along with a manicure, I had to make an adjustment and color my eyebrows. Which, as you might guess, they didn't do to me. To be honest, I was genuinely perplexed when, after the manicure, a woman went to the master for a pedicure, as well as the words of the master that she did not have time for something there. But the cherry on the cake was the administrator's words that I should warn the master in advance about what I was signed up for. However, I do not recall getting a job as an administrator for you. If the master takes the initiative to find out what record he has, then at least let the administrator do his job.
I wish you not to ignore the customer's order or at least know the abilities of the masters to whom you are recording people. I did not write a complaint this time, but if so, it will happen again someday, I will not limit myself to just writing in the complaint book.
PS I will never recommend this place to anyone
