The hotel dates back to Soviet times. There are carpets in the corridors, the lobby is smoky, the doors are old, the rooms are cheap, the paint on the balcony is peeling. The rooms are not all air-conditioned. A standard room with a landline phone, an old TV and a small refrigerator. The only advantage is the location and the view from the windows. If you choose a cheap option near Arcadia, then this is just it. The room price starts from 330 UAH. Wi-Fi is only downstairs in the lobby, there are no rooms.
