I decided to leave a review only after the correction to make sure that the first impression did not deceive me. I didn't choose the salon for long, I saw that the work was pretty, there were a lot of reviews, the "luxury" service, I studied it, signed up for Anastasia and waited for my appointment. And what was my disappointment when visiting, I had never seen such an indifferent service before. On the day / day before the recording, I was asked to move the recording time a little bit - it was convenient for me and I went to the meeting. Arriving at the salon, I just heard "Hello, sit down, wait," Anastasia met me and led me into the office. There are no questions to the master, of course there was no question of any connection, but I did my job well, only again, it was strange for me that I was photographed without asking and I was also touched up with God knows what kind of sponge and what kind of cosmetics, and after the work I was not offered to look at the work, I got up myself, took a look Well, after thanking her, she left the office and went to the calculation. That's when I dropped out of the luxury service altogether, and a cute girl met me at the counter with the phrase "That'll be 490 rubles." - no questions about my well-being, no basic attention, no shit. To be honest, I came out of there and didn't understand the joke of the salon at all, why write out about some cool conditions if the service BASE is not being fulfilled. Well, okay, thinking that I just didn't fit the studio's standards outwardly and therefore didn't deserve respect here, I left. After 1.5/ 2 months, I realized that a correction was required, there was no desire to go specifically to this place, but I did not want to change the master, so I signed up again. Well, again the same song, just hello, sitting and not even getting up, I hung up my outerwear on my own and, again, having received the service, I left with an unpleasant aftertaste. The atmosphere is not conducive to the word at all :( Don't think about it, I'm not with some kind of inflated self-esteem and without an increased emergency, it's just that since they're shouting about the SERVICE so convincingly, I'd like the expectation to match reality. Putting the cream on the table, printing a menu of drinks (which I was never offered) and putting a diffuser is far from a service. After a while, I saw that Anastasia was receiving in the office and honestly, it would have been better to go there, perhaps there would not have been such an unpleasant aftertaste. And the reason for this is far from not drinking the drinks and everything else, it's about the ability to arrange and make the visit as pleasant as possible for the client and leave good impressions. But unfortunately, everything is different here, so I don't advise you to believe the description - it's nonsense. That's my experience of visiting this place. Anastasia's work is 5, but here I leave a review specifically about the salon - that's why such an assessment.

Unfortunately, my experience was unsuccessful. It took me a long time to decide on permanent makeup, given its durability. Before the procedure, I had fairly wide natural eyebrows. In the process, the master significantly plucked them out, forming a thin raised line in the style of the 90s. I was not warned in advance that such a correction was planned — if it had been announced, I would have refused. The resulting shape does not visually match my anatomical features, which is why I am currently undergoing permanent removal and an attempt to restore the natural appearance of my eyebrows. Several specialists I consulted after the procedure (a lashmaker, makeup artists, and an eyebrow specialist from another studio) unanimously confirmed that the form was unsuccessful. At the same time, I saw the good work of this studio, so I decided on the procedure. Perhaps the result is really suitable for many clients. My review is not about lowering the rating, but about the importance of a careful discussion of the expected result. I recommend that future clients discuss in detail with the master each action and the form you want to choose in order to avoid disappointment.
