I ordered a sofa on August 31, 2022 in 21 years. The order was placed 3 weeks after the request (delivery was expected on the 17th of September). We delivered 25 senyatbrya. They brought an incomplete set, there were not enough backrests + a plastic leg in the sofa was broken for 2,300 BEL. rub.. The phones of the service center of the Victoria Furniture production itself are useless, not available or do not pick up the handset. It is not possible to use the sofa, the prices are too high with such quality of service, quality of equipment and after-sales service. (The excuses that the 21st century was bought in the store and they are to blame - they will not pass, there was a shortage from the factory). Draw your own conclusions!
