Great hotel. I stayed for 14 days, there are no complaints. First line, sea view. The staff is friendly. Cleaning, linen change regularly. There is shampoo and shower gel.The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is everything for breakfast - porridge, cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, sausage, pastries, tea, coffee. Cooler and ironing facilities on the floor. There is a cafe downstairs, and neither the smell of food nor music can be heard in the room. Always quiet, calm. I really liked it. Prosperity to you ❤️.

The location of the hotel is convenient for the city, on the embankment, within the original construction site. There are good restaurants and the sea in close proximity. The rooms were originally not made of the best materials and are now worn out, as are the plumbing. The air conditioners are barely alive, there are problems with water, as in all the city. Clean and normal bed linen only. The kitchen is not constant due to the quality of cooking. It can be tolerable and large in portions. I visit sometimes only because of the booking by the employer. The staff is polite.

However, upon check-in, I was informed that the rooms at this price had run out, and only options for 43,000 tenge remained. I consider this situation unacceptable, as the booking conditions must be met. Such an attitude undermines trust in your service and leads to the loss of customers. This is a hotel with a small,,RESTAURANT,,. I write with a capital letter, that's what the staff say about it.Actually, the cafe is a pizzeria.Dishes with big names are worth three.I ordered "Royal fish soup with sturgeon".Served in a flat plate (it is impossible to fully collect the broth)You're just scratching at the bottom of the plate.There are four 2 * 2 pieces of fish in the plate, potatoes and carrots, there is no catch here.The catch is that the broth is just water from a kettle, it doesn't just have no taste, it doesn't have a single gram of salt, it doesn't have any broth.The rest of the dishes for a snack are acceptable.But desserts, tea are quite good.The price tag is decent for an institution of this kind, perhaps this is an additional payment for the fact that it is located across the street from a decent walking area

When I came to Aktau in the summer, I chose hotels by the sea..Victoria .. until 2023, it was just living for the sake of the proximity of the sea, namely the first coastal, night, noise and smell of the sea.In the evening, I soaked my legs in the sea, sitting on pebbles, on which I jumped early in the morning before going to work.The canteen at the hotel was also not first-class, it was better to have breakfast in the city..But that was before 2023..The rooms have not been renovated yet, the bed is clean, there is a kitchen set and a kettle.In the canteen)) it became more cozy, windows were draped forever in streaks, dishes for hot appeared..porridge..and so on ..I think so once and again and we will be happy)). THE BEST LOCATION TO ACCESS THE CITY TO THE SEA..AND I DON'T NEED MORE WHEN I ARRIVE IN AKTAU, IN THE EVENINGS AFTER WORKING DAYS.
