The sales girl was rude in her expressions, her face was so unhappy, as if we hadn't come to buy a dress from her, but to ask for a loan.. When the approximate budget was announced, there was a reaction with a roll of the eyes and it was immediately felt that there was nothing to choose here. We were given 4 dresses to try on, everything else is armored and does not fit the size, so there is a poor choice. After we were told that the wedding would be in August and it would still be possible to come for fitting (other models should be delivered every week, according to the seller), we received the answer, come in September (I remind you the wedding is in August). Since this was the first time in my life trying on a wedding dress and the first salon, the mood immediately soured from such service. I don't want to go there again. And in conclusion, I would not recommend this particular salon "Victoria", as there are many good salons in the city of Baranovichi, which we visited later and they served us politely!

I am very disappointed with the experience in this wedding salon. The consultant was unprofessional and rude. She constantly tried to impose her opinion on my friend, questioned and criticized. She also insulted me and my friend that we came from another salon JUST to TRY IT ON, and also said that my friend does not look like a bride. As a result, we left there without buying and with a feeling of disappointment. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Please deal with this problem and select the staff properly.
