Positive: 1. There are fish in the lake. 2. Stable Internet connection. 3. A wood-burning sauna inside the house. 4. A home for a large company. Minuses: 1. The manager does not meet or accompany the guests. The search for the key to the house has turned into a quest(!) 2. There is no table for cleaning fish. 3. The kitchen is very cramped for such a house. 4. The trash can was full at check-in. I have never been taken out during the 5 days of my stay. The garbage bags were no longer included. They were placed next to each other. Rotting garbage stank all over the area. Horror!!! 5. The territory is not well maintained. After the rain , all the dirt with shoes rushes to the terrace. 6. The stairway down to the pier is terrible. It is neither beautiful nor safe. It needs repair! 7. The pier swings and the left side sinks. It was annoying! 8. It is impossible to swim!!! There is garbage on the bottom in front of the pier (buckets, some rusty metal structures, firewood). Can you imagine?! Summer and no swimming. 9. The design of the terrace in front of the porch is such that you can break your legs. The height of the steps is different(!!!) The first one is not visible at all, but it is there. Many of the guests stumbled and, by a lucky chance, got off with only bruises. 10. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms. It's stuffy! 11. Wooden staircase to the second floor "the road to traumatology"! Well, we're low drinkers. The steps are slippery and narrow. It was especially scary for the children. 12. Sofas are dirty, unkempt. 13. The light in the living room is very weak. 14. The barbecue area has not been cleaned. It's dirty. 15. The woodcutter has not been removed. The firewood fell apart. Garbage! 16. Life jackets are dirty. 17. The cost of renting a villa does not meet expectations and impressions. Disappointed! Don't set foot there anymore.
