We rested in this place in late January - early February 2020. The impressions were only positive. We had a group of 40 people, i.e. a whole bus. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. We were immediately settled. The rooms turned out to be comfortable and warm. Overall, the hotel is normal. There was wi-fi. Breakfast is a buffet. This is both a variety and any amount of food. Meals were not included in the package. For dinner - a standard portion. There was an opportunity to use the hotel's infrastructure - on the first evening they organized kebabs in gazebos on the street, on the second evening they played mafia in the attic, on the third - mulled wine and a game of crocodile in the conference hall. A transfer to the ski lifts was organized three times a day. Ski and equipment rental is available on site, as well as a drying room for the same equipment. Overall, I liked the place. The hosts are friendly, the staff did not cause any complaints. In general, you can tell a lot of good things. Of course, there were some minor flaws, but they did not spoil the overall impression. Those negative reviews that were expressed by previous vacationers were not confirmed for us. I'm giving it 4.8 stars. I recommend.

The hotel is good. There are rooms in a cozy antique style where everything is made of wood, and there are VIP rooms with modern expensive repairs. The hotel itself is well done, richly done! The restaurant is very cozy. There is parking and a warm pool with a sauna - free of charge. The service is excellent. The owners are very good and kind people. Thank you for your hospitality.

Poor nutrition, very small portions, for breakfast for 6 days there was only scrambled eggs. The staff is not friendly, the girl was reluctant to communicate at the reception. The waitress, I don't know her name, was rude, didn't mince words. Otherwise, everything is fine, the location is good, the hostess is friendly, there is a great sauna and a swimming pool. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels were changed.
