The cheapest hotel that we managed to find in Pattaya in 2019, taking into account the fact that we took tickets and booked the hotel separately. The rooms, considering the budget, were very small. The included breakfasts are mediocre. The sea is across the street. To the right and left of the hotel along the road are seven Eleven shops. The hotel is located in the Jomtien area, 15 minutes to the center of Pattaya by tuk tuk.
