A very beautiful and pleasant villa with a beautiful garden full of small animals, birds and parrots. Clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a small refrigerator. A shuttle service is provided. But the main advantage is the owners. They are very friendly, helpful and pleasant guys. They helped us a lot, gave us a lot of useful tips and provided high-level service. Do you need the contacts of a great driver to explore the island? They will share the contact with you. Do you need a late dinner? No problem. Do you need to get up early in the morning to go on tour? They are already waiting with sandwiches for you. Indeed, this is the best place to relax, you will never regret it. And you will not find such friendly and hospitable service in any star hotel. P.S. Here you can even buy souvenirs at a lower price than in the city ☺️

Awesome place! Wild parrots eat in the morning right next to the door from the feeder. The nest with the chicks is hanging right there, there are only three rooms, the breakfasts are incomparable, lunch is prepared quickly.

Great villa! Very clean, the bathroom is ideal for Asia, freshly renovated, no insects, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, beautiful green area - the perfect combination of price and quality. The villa is located away from the tourist noise, which is an indispensable plus - if you need to get to any nearby beach, a tuk-tuk will take you 5 minutes and reasonable money. But it's so comfortable to rest, no noise will disturb your sleep. We are happy, and if we go to Unawatuna again, it will be only here, without any doubt.
