The waiters see that they are being called - they turn away and chat further among themselves. Some of the dishes are over-salted and some are absolutely bland. Cards are not accepted. Only bottled goat is available from beer. The cafe was built, but the management does not seem to understand how to use it.

Kitchen and service, just like in St. Petersburg. Prices for some dishes are two times lower than in St. Petersburg (roughly speaking, instead of one dish for 500-700 rubles, you can eat two delicious meals here).
After learning that I was a tourist, I was invited to have lunch on the veranda (second floor), although it was closed until 12:00 (and I came to lunch (or have breakfast for the second time) at 11:00).
