I've been to the store twice. I went to the store for the first time on 08.10.2024, a polite and competent consultant helped with the choice, offered many options, was polite and customer-oriented. As a result, I decided to come back the next day and buy a product as a gift. but! When I came the next day (09.10.2024), there was already another consultant girl from whom it was necessary to extract information, she was impolite and not interested in me buying something. She couldn't consult me, she was harsh and unhappy that I was asking her any questions at all. As a result, she discouraged any desire to ever return to this store.

One of the worst stores I've ever been to. The service is just at 0. When asked to tell about the difference between the 2 available Kindzmarauli wines, the seller replied "they differ by manufacturer, choose" and left. When I brought the wine to the cashier, she punched it and went somewhere. When asked if you would serve me, I replied, "Well, you're writing on your phone." Such places should not survive with healthy competition in the capital.
