Perfect cleanliness, silence and a friendly host! Excellent apartments in Grodno. We stayed at Dmitry's Vinograd apartment on May 4-6, 2025 and were absolutely delighted! This is the case when expectations coincide with reality by 100%, or even exceed it. 🏠 Furnishing: The apartment has a fresh, new renovation, done with great taste. It feels like the owner has put his soul into every detail. And especially in the paintings!!! Very cozy: comfortable furniture, pleasant textiles, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Purity: A special bow for crystal purity! Not a speck of dust, not a speck—perfect. The plumbing is shiny, the linen is ironed. It is immediately clear that cleaning is treated with extreme responsibility here. Pleasant little things: That's what made me especially happy — taking care of the guests in detail. The kitchen has absolutely all the utensils and appliances, the knives are perfectly sharpened (a rarity for apartments!). For coffee lovers — coffee for every taste and even Turkish, tea of different varieties. Napkins, towels, everything you need is at hand. Household appliances: a good refrigerator, washing machine, iron and hair dryer were provided upon first request. The owner has really thought out everything that might be needed. Area: I was pleased with the location — the area is very quiet and peaceful. There are no highways or noisy highways, no screams and no urban fuss. We slept with the window open at night and enjoyed the fresh air and silence. Parking: A huge plus is convenient parking right next to the house. There is no need to look for a place in neighboring yards, the car is always in front of your eyes. Host: Dmitry is a very pleasant, polite and attentive person. The check-in was quick and easy, and we were shown everything in detail. He was always in touch and ready to help. Thank you, Dmitry, for the warm welcome! We strongly recommend it

I stayed in this guest house for 2 nights. I liked everything very much. Convenient location almost in the city center. There are no parking problems. A hospitable host. Clean, spacious and cozy room. Large comfortable bed. The house has its own heating and the ability to adjust the temperature of the batteries. There is a shared kitchen with the possibility to cook food, refrigerators, etc. I recommend it for a stay!

We stayed overnight with a large family in 2 cars. Parking next to the house. We agreed with the owner on 2 rooms for the night. Dmitry, the owner, arrived in advance, met, showed everything, conducted a brief educational tour of the city, what we needed to know about the city! Thank you so much for your hospitality! The rooms have their own shower and toilet. The mattresses are great for sleeping, comfortable. A living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Also tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, stove, microwave oven, refrigerators. Everything you need. A place worthy of 5. There is something to compare it with. ☝
