An incredible hotel . From the first step to the end of our stay, there was one admiration. An exceptional surprise is the live music at breakfast. The rooms are amazing. The staff was hospitable, but not all, there was one waiter who understood Russian, but pretended that he did not understand))) but this did not upset or spoil our impression of a vacation in this truly exceptionally excellent place, and next time, I will definitely choose a Wine Cellar. It is unclear who assigned 4 stars to this hotel, a mediocre three-star maximum. The view from the Windows on the devastation, around the murdered area. Room cleaning is one name, in fact, it's just that a mute will make the bed (although a change of linen must be carried out every day), they forget to leave water, they don't wash glasses, they don't even return them to their place. According to the hotel's class, there is a mini-bar, instead of a wine cabinet, which did not work (the temperature, despite the settings, is still above 33 degrees inside it, and when asked to sort out the refrigerator, there were promises, and no one came). The breakfasts are meager (although in Tbilisi, from a conversation with the locals, it is considered a very decent breakfast), in the end they were refused, the money was returned. The phone in the room wasn't working. One of the advantages is a small swimming pool on site, open from 8 to 24. The renovation inside is fresh. There are Russian-speaking reception staff. They provide clean towels for the pool. The hotel is small, and there are few people by the pool.
