Baked champignons, grilled trout, seafood julienne 08/16/2025 were spoiled, over-baked, over-dried, no taste. Meat and fish carpaccio, Caesar salad went off with a bang. The fruit plate was filled with tortured fruits: you can't look at a kiwi and a pear without crying. The music program that day was not bad. We celebrated the New Year 2025 with friends, then everything was better.

The food is not bad, the program is too, but the service is something! The guests arrived at 18:00, the table for 15 people was empty, they were setting in front of us. They wiped the stains on the dirty tablecloth with a damp cloth (I asked them to wipe the stains off before we sat down at the table). Then I cleaned up the whole evening by myself: plates by myself, napkins by myself, juices by myself, etc. I asked for coffee, they put it on the bill- there was no coffee, after 20 minutes I went to look for coffee, they made it in front of me. In total, with a company of 15 people in a separate room, the waitress girl looked in several times during the 8 hours of our stay. We just put the empty plates in a pile ourselves. I paid by bank transfer, despite everything, I always leave a tip, but I decided to tip the girls when they came at the end and helped me with the containers and the cake, but unfortunately no one came (although at the beginning of the evening she asked me to help before leaving). The waitresses are very nice girls, I don't want to offend them at all, but there are 4 waiters for 200 people (this evening there were about 200 according to the administrator), a question arises to the administration: "well, guys, are you serious"?

About Vintage karaoke. The food is terrible, in order to book a table, you need to order dishes worth 100 rubles per person. Absolutely all the dishes were tasteless! And this is the opinion of all 6 people. If you express your dissatisfaction to the waiter or the receptionist, they do everything to convince you that the guest is imagining something! Microphones are not treated with antiseptic in any way, they are simply transmitted from table to table. The room itself is cozy, but that's where all the advantages end.
