A new gastro bar in Baku with original dishes, snacks and an impressive cocktail menu. The institution opened just recently. Salad with crispy eggplant and strachatella (15 ₼) is a classic eggplant dish served with tender strachatella. All the ingredients are fresh, harmoniously combined and seasoned with a delicious sauce. Bruschetta with strachatella (12 ₼) – bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, pesto sauce and strachatella. A lot of fragrant pesto is a real find for its lovers! Finally, an institution that does not add arugula to this classic, which will please those who do not like it. – 🍊 Salad with roast beef and orange (18 ₼) is a perfectly balanced dish that meets expectations. There is a lot of roast beef in the salad, which is pleasantly pleasing. – 🍤 Wasabi shrimp (14 ₼) – not as spicy as you might think from the name. Wasabi sauce has a rather sweet taste, which adds piquancy to the dish. The crispy batter is just great – we strongly recommend trying it. The portion is small, I wanted more! That's why we took more chicken popcorn :) – 🐔 Chicken popcorn (10 ₼) – the batter is as appetizing and crispy as the shrimp. The sauce is similar to a cocktail, there is just enough of it, so as not to interrupt the taste of chicken and batter. – 💜 Author's cocktail "Milf" (13 ₼) is a cocktail based on gin with pronounced acidity and a light aroma of lavender. The shimmer in the drink adds a spectacular iridescent look. – 😬 The author's cocktail "Oops" (14 ₼) is a rum–based cocktail. The taste is harmonious, sweet and sour, refreshing. Definitely worth a try. – 🍸 Aperol spritz (16 ₼) – served in the most spectacular Instagram glass. Due to the shape of the glass, the drink does not turn out as sparkling as usual, but retains a pleasant, mild taste, but without bubbles.
