I really liked the carrot mousse, which was served with a piece of brisket that was just perfect in the proportion of fat and meat (the sauce was slightly too aggressive, but we will not write down the disadvantages). The salad was very fresh, not only in relation to the condition of the vegetables, but also in terms of taste perception. Light, not stuffy sauce. Pine nuts successfully played in the salad. Dessert generally gave pleasant associations. It has a very pleasant texture, especially for the cream. The cream is gentle. The dishes are really interesting, it can be safely called a gastronomy. The place is high. The toilet turned out to be clean, with normal sinks.

We have long wanted to visit this place and considered it a good idea to go there for a gastrofest. We booked a table in advance and immediately ordered one set of the gastrofest. In 1 hour and 20 minutes, we were served salad (this is the first position in the set) and drinks.
It is important to note that during the presentation of the gastrofest, the entire main menu was on the stop list and it was not possible to order anything else. After serving the salad, the waiter came up to us 3 times and said that the next dish would be in 5-10 minutes. On the third time, patience ran out and we decided to leave, to look at how dishes were being served to all the tables, bypassing us, there was no longer any strength. We paid for the gastrofest in full, having tried only the salad from it.
It is a great pity to be disappointed in an institution that I have long wanted to get to.

This is with a well-known and pre-prepared menu, as well as a known time! And the coffee served with a sugar bowl, but without a teaspoon, and slightly warm (almost cold) pork and mousse, and the system hung up and the inability to pay the bill.. A wonderful place with an interesting concept and atmosphere, pleasant service with friendly waiters, fast service, the waiters pay enough attention. The kitchen is very tasty with an interesting serving. We tried several original cocktails, each of which has an interesting history of creation associated with vinyl records and artists, especially Floyd Pinkerton. I don't know what kind of review about the DJ. There is no DJ here. Nobody includes vinyl in principle. There is a technix player and it's sad, no one listens to records on it. The equipment seems to be nothing, but it just stands for the entourage. A crowd of waiters run back and forth and create the effect of violent activity, with 10% of the tables loaded, you will not wait for a waiter. There is not even a meeting and boarding of the guest, we went in for 10 minutes and sat down at the table ourselves, then found a waiter and asked for a menu. About drinks separately. They put a boulder of ice in the cocktail, it's just really a boulder, there's 70 grams of drink there, the rest is a piece of ice, for the cost of a cocktail it's just a three-pack.
