When asked to bring a consumer rights book, they pretended that they did not understand and dragged their feet. Naturally, we did not see the book and there was no return. I would call it a divorce and the worst customer service I've ever seen. The trip to this store was organized by the tour operator Fun& Sun and was positioned as a free "shopping tour" with a transfer - "you will stop there, just take a walk, you don't have to buy anything, and then we will take you to the shopping center and then return to the hotel." This tour was organized from Kemer (for understanding, it is an hour by car/taxi, two and a half hours if you travel by public transport yourself). After a small child and I "walked" in this store and did not buy anything, the staff at the exit refused to provide a transfer on pre-agreed terms (instead, they said they would either take us straight back to the hotel or to the neighboring shopping center, and then get to the hotel yourself), one employee talked emotionally and he was pushing, which is absolutely unacceptable in the field of tourism services and hospitality. Guzel Abdullina (Fun&Sun), a representative of the tour operator, simply informed us at the exit of the store that "you will be taken either to the hotel or to the nearest shopping center, we have nothing to do with it" and did not resolve this situation in any way. She just smiled and repeated that the staff was acting lawfully, because you "only walked around the store for 8 minutes, not 20." For some reason, she blamed the hotel guide, then accused us (tourists) of lying. But no settlement of this situation has been proposed. At the same time, the tour operator repeatedly emphasizes that traveling around Turkey on their own, without their transfer, is not covered by travel insurance in case of any traffic accidents. That is, according to the employees of this store and the incompetent and unprofessional representative of the tour operator, such provision of "services" and refusal to perform them because "you did not buy anything from us" helps to increase the loyalty of tourists. Well, now about the prices directly in the store. Children's gold pendants were offered at a price of $ 300. Silver - starting from $100. The prices were called by the sellers at random - nothing is written on the products themselves, or rather, other numbers are written.… The price list for the jewelry is absolutely "out of the market", the design is uninteresting and outdated, the brands have no name. It's just some kind of divorce (in short, look at the other reviews below and you'll see that there are scammers). In any case, the questions here are not even about the product, but about the conditions and the service – to the fact that customers are being deceived and rudely communicating. When I was on the phone with the hotel guide from Kemer (Chamyuva), Adelina Gafurova, in order to resolve this issue, a large man (a representative of the store) approached me and started interrupting (interfering in the conversation), and then shouting that we would not be taken anywhere at all (no matter what the hotel, not to other shopping centers) – although at that time I had already discussed the issues not with him, but with a representative of the tour operator - a separate guide - that we would be traveling independently and that they were misinforming tourists about the services. This man was yelling (I was alone with a child, probably a signal to him that he could put pressure on me in this way and I wouldn't answer him with anything), but I had already decided that we would no longer have anything to do with this substandard service and simply ignored his threats. This is the worst service I have ever seen in Turkey. It feels like there's no business with the guests here at all, just keeping in touch with the scam store.

We got to this store when we went to Deepo in a "free" taxi from the guide from the hotel. The condition for free travel is check-in at the partner store - actually, this viola center. Obsessive consultants actively sell everything in a row. But the most interesting thing is that the prices in the store are overestimated by half!!!! We compared the cost of the watches that were offered to us for $ 275, it turned out that they cost 700 Turkish lira (less than $ 100) on the Internet. Rings with sultanite (semi-precious stone) they stand like diamonds in Moscow jewelry. So think for yourself whether you need to come here 🙈 I have attached a photo of the watch 😁
