I'm taking the star off for the service, which was not there, but at the same time it cost 14 rubles per guest. They don't sign a service agreement and they won't give you any receipt - the payment is made by hand. From the service, the table was set and brought twice as hot. There was no receptionist in the room. I had to constantly go to the kitchen and ask to change the plates, bring bread, and bring napkins. As a result, they cleaned up the empty dishes themselves, brought fruits and alcohol. The time agreement was until 23.00. When we paid at 20.30, in order to close the issue of payment, we asked for a service receipt, but they did not give us a receipt and said that we had to leave at 21.00. So if it wasn't for the maintenance staff, everything would be fine. Zemfira served us.
