We applied for a visa together with a guy. Both he and I made mistakes in the application form, and each had to retype it at the visa application center. They also indicated incorrect service fees. They were misled about the timing of the issue. They told me to go through verification, promised to check and stupidly forgot about me, then they called again to go through again. They didn't really explain to the guy what to do at the visa application center, apparently they expected me to do it, since I applied earlier. The package of documents was almost sent by mail, although we said we would come for it. The terms of their preparation were also delayed. The girl blamed us for the mistakes in the documents, because we arrived, and she was already loaded, even though we had agreed on the time in advance. The impression remained three-fold, given the feedback from others, we expected that the relationship would be more responsible, especially for the highest price in Grodno. PS. instead of shooting content on Instagram, it would be better to send a specialist to the VK on Gorky to take a picture of the relevant questionnaire.

3 stars just for helping us discover Schengen for our first trip. After the first opening of Schengen, it so happened that I won the green card lottery 26 and wrote to this agency to find out in advance about the various possibilities of opening Schengen to travel to Poland at the American Embassy for an interview. I will know this date in about a month and a half, and I need to apply for a visa as soon as possible.As a result of the correspondence, I realized that I was being advised to do something completely wrong, not understanding the situation. I stopped having a dialogue. (it was May). In September, they call me back and say that I urgently need to apply for Schengen, because the slots will be open soon. They repeated the same phrase to me 3 times, regarding the entire application process, and then they only moved on to the time of submission to the American embassy. I listened to the same thing 2 times, and 3 times I wanted to interrupt at a specific moment to clarify, to which they answered rather rudely, "Don't interrupt, I'll finish." It didn't become clearer what they wanted from me.I said it again about the green card. The thought that we were talking about different things did not arise, because I repeated the process of applying for a green card more than once. As a result, on the trail. The day my husband called. Bottom line: I'm going to apply for an immigrant visa in the course of winning a green card, and they called me and told me about the American tourist! No one's calling anymore.

I applied to this "agency" in April 2024. I live in Minsk. The work on the documents was done remotely. I didn't have a visa history. After consulting and reviewing my request, the agent recommended applying for a Polish visa. I made an advance payment, and we started work. At first, everything was fine: I was kept informed of the situation, the appearance of windows, and they were interested in how my verification was going. In June, the windows began to be distributed, and in early July I was already registered in Mogilev for submission. It all went pretty quickly. After 10 days, I received a refusal on point 10, as explained, for statistics. I reported this as soon as I opened the letter on the same day. I was told not to despair, because this is a standard ordinary case. I paid extra, and they started preparing an additional package of documents for me to file an appeal. The deadline at the embassy is 2 weeks. I was told that everything would be prepared quickly. A week later, there was no sign. I'm writing to find out if everything is okay. The answer is yes. I write again in a few days, and they guarantee that everything is under control. On the last possible day of submitting documents, I call, and they send me the documents after lunch, when the embassy does not accept them. The weekend is ahead, no one is working. On Monday morning, I arrive at the consular department of the embassy, I defend the queue, but they didn't even accept my documents, because they were already 3 days overdue. I dial the agency, they are surprised, "wow, they used to take it on the 3rd and 5th day," they reassure me again that they will sort everything out now. It takes about 30-40 minutes, the agent calls back and says that, alas, the refusal. After being offered an additional payment, he gets back in line and starts over. I'm shocked!!! How can you delay with documents, knowing a clear deadline, counting on the previous "successful" case, especially when it comes to meticulous work with documents... Complete irresponsibility. I didn't feel safe that the agency was interested in its client. I do not recommend this agency. I would like to have more control over failure cases. There are a lot of them, but still fewer than the positive responses. Moreover, the management of my case was shifted from one agent to another, which also did not arouse any trust and support. Everything was not "easy" at all, as the agency assures! I applied for a visa for the first time, trusted the "professionals", but in the end I was disappointed and no longer want to deal with any agencies in principle. I needed a visa to travel abroad to visit my loved one. As a result, I got into a large amount of money, and even the meeting did not take place. The dream did not come true, there were a lot of tears, you broke my heart.
