I got a visa through this agency, in fact, they charge more expensive money for filing than the others by almost half, they said to submit an old passport with bad visas, they didn't understand the issue, as a result, the visa lasts for a month, they write that they are making documents for filing, please send them so that they have documents at the first border crossing, since the border guards always ask where and for what purpose you are going, the agency writes that they dispose of all documents immediately after submitting them to the VC)) and laugh that this is the first time they hear that someone is being asked at the border! In general, there is obvious incompetence in the matter of visa support, so it is not clear what the money is being charged for. My personal opinion: I highly do not recommend it!
