I came to the agency without understanding at all: what and how, they helped with the documents and got to the visa application center ahead of schedule (November 6). This is despite the fact that in the process I refused additional paid chatbots from Poland and one of the 3 cities to record - Gomel. And today (16.11) the courier brought a passport with a working Polish visa for a year. The girl is pleasant, accompanied throughout the whole time, starting with assistance in "verification" and staying in touch constantly if new questions appeared! Thank you very much!!!
