I will try to describe it in detail, I hope someone will help with the choice)
Location: there are many shops and currency exchanges around, the main attractions are within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, then there is a bus stop a minute away, and a tram stop in the other direction.
The room itself: we were lucky, and there was only a room on the 4th, with three beds, which we were given as a double room, apparently due to a shortage. It was cool, so the KKK used the beds to store things and bags. The floors are dirty, they don't wash them, so only the slippers that they give out here, by the way.
Staff: the staff was very pleased, it was quite comfortable. Russian-speaking people work at the bar and at the reception, which made it very easy to communicate. I would like to mention separately the girl at the reception, Amina. She helped us a lot at the initial stage, suggested where it is better to exchange currency, where to go for a walk.
Breakfast: well, it's basically a good one. Lots of salads made from greens, eggs in three types of cooking, coffee/ juice / tea.
Spa: we booked a room at the booking office, where the spa was noted as free, as an advantage of the hotel. And the spa is also featured everywhere on the logos themselves. However, the spa does not belong to the hotel and as if it were a separate organization that provides it, there was confusion about this. We were sure that the spa was free, they gave us a ride at the reception, but the spa itself said that there were no free functions and everything was paid for.

On our recent trip, we stayed at a wonderful hotel, which left us with only positive impressions. The rooms were cleaned every day, which created a feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The bed linen was changed regularly, and it was always a pleasure for us to return to a neat room after a busy day.
The breakfasts at the hotel were also pleasantly impressed — there was a large selection of dishes for every taste. Every day we could enjoy fresh fruits, pastries, a variety of dishes and drinks.
The only drawback was the poor sound insulation. Nevertheless, the overall impression of the hotel remained positive, and we will certainly consider the opportunity to return here again.
Convenient location to attractions and transport interchange.

Nice hotel. There are some disadvantages, for example: a strong stench from the sewer in the room on the 4th floor; poor noise insulation in the rooms and noise from the street (bad double-glazed windows), another mosque at 6.30 and shopping cars at 7 a.m. under the windows, but we used to wake up early and then did not notice it. We were in November 2024.And the rest is tolerable: daily cleaning is good, carefully cleaned, linen is changed constantly; delicious different breakfasts; polite reception, Russian-speaking girls; free tea and coffee in Turkish 24/7 downstairs in the ashes of the hotel; there are trading scales in the Lobby of the hotel, which is convenient for suitcases, 2 small elevators, but with two suitcases to fit You can.
