I placed an order for the installation of lenses in my frame. The payment was made by transfer to the card. This organization did not give me a check, and the consultant told me to come tomorrow. The next day, I was informed that they had forgotten to place an order and now they will issue it again and contact me when ready.
I gave my frame with my lenses already installed, which, when installing new ones, were spoiled for me, for some reason holing and not asking if it was possible to spoil someone else's thing. At the same time, they communicated with me as with an old friend and instead of apologizing and offering to fix the situation, I was told that I was to blame and in general my lenses were cheap and Chinese. I recommend avoiding this optics salon.
