The electricity was turned off late at night, the staff did not turn on the water heating after restoring the power supply, and there was no hot water in the morning. "Breakfast from seven in the morning" was announced at the reception when I was notified that I needed to eat very early: as a result, there was only a cleaner in the kitchen, there were no cooks, the waiter was sleeping right in the hall, the receptionist was also in a horizontal position in a deep sleep.
