The situation is ugly: the order has been paid for, there is no water, and no one has contacted us. For several years I ordered bottled water at home, I always did it through the website and cried online immediately, so as not to bother myself and not to pull men on delivery. Everything was fine, there were no complaints. On 29/01, I was a little surprised that the Minsk branch moved to a new website and a new name, but I thought that there should be no problems, and made an order according to the old scheme. From the list of delivery dates, the same day (January 29) was available as I chose, because I was at home all day. On 29, no one arrived, on 30, no one arrived (she was also at home). I double-checked on the website - my phone number was indicated when ordering, i.e. they should have called in case of anything. On the evening of February 30, I tried to leave a "call request" - by the evening of February 1, no one had called back. Although there were no such communication problems before: about two years ago, when I changed my place of residence and ordered delivery to a new address, the operator personally called back and clarified the address just in case, "because you had previously ordered to another one." The service was excellent, the people worked like clockwork. One call now on the topic of "interruptions", "weather conditions", "rescheduling the delivery date", etc. would be enough. The successful payment receipt has been saved, I just don't see the point in running around and wasting my time because of 20 boons.

I have been using water delivery services for over a year now. Everything is always on time. The water is delicious, it cannot be compared with the fact that it flows from the tap in Minsk (center). The filter in the jug has to be changed every 3 weeks (and 2 people live in total, 300 liters, as per the instructions, the filter does not stand up now, before the water quality in the tap was better), otherwise there is already sediment in the kettle. This Vita water is wonderful. And the courier immediately says that if the 19l bottle leaks, call immediately, we will replace it. Payment is also possible either in cash or by card. It's very convenient for me. As babai wrote here in the reviews, I don't know where he went, but no one calls me. I order water through the website, choose the delivery time that is suitable for me. Everything is great. Thanks for the work.
