I got an appointment only because of the lack of ultrasound in the nearest clinics. So it's pre-revolutionary there! Nothing is visible on the screen. At the same time, a liver problem was diagnosed, and at the same time a heart problem. They treated themselves for no clear reason. The catheter from the foot has never been changed in 5 days! A lot of stupid diagnoses, and money thrown away. In Minsk, in a normal clinic, an ultrasound was done with the liver and heart. Everything is fine. The treatment was carried out adequately, the cat came to life. I strongly do not recommend it! Professionalism is at 0!

He handled it carefully and did everything perfectly. I explained and showed everything in an accessible way. A doctor from God and a man with a big heart. This is a rarity nowadays.

DON'T TREAT ANIMALS HERE! The level of doctors is to cut cats and vaccinate, do not try to treat animals there, especially difficult cases - there is no experience, they treat anyhow, diagnoses - finger in the sky, the animal died - complications, overfed, did not ask, did not specify, they themselves are to blame. All the negative reviews are essentially from those who treated animals in serious cases, all the positive ones are those who vaccinated and did haircuts. Cherish your pet - look for professionals based on reviews (I don't point a finger and don't name names), don't get fooled by good reviews. There were problems with the dog after them - they began to freeze and throw the blame on us, the dog barely survived the night, went to another clinic cooling down with a temperature of 36.9, with cloudy eyes, did not react to external stimuli - 14 hours after admission she went to the diaper, a day later she began to eat and walk. These sent the dog to the next world, a good doctor from the next world returned it to us.

A wonderful clinic, we carry out all vaccinations, haircuts, and dog treatment here. Professional, kind, friendly doctors work. They will always explain all appointments in an accessible language, they do not assign anything superfluous. For two months, together with the veterinarians, they fought for the dog's life, in other clinics they would have already been euthanized.
They are careful and patient in handling animals, you can trust them. After all the procedures, the animals are also treated with sweets.

The puppy ate rat poison and was taken to the clinic. They provided assistance very quickly, gave the necessary medications, instructed, told me to call tomorrow and report the condition of the dog, after which they explained in detail which drug was given for what. Everything is on the level, the puppy is growing and enjoying life 😊

I am changing my rating from 5 (*) to 2 (*), only because of the attitude of the staff towards animals, and professional skills leave much to be desired.
We applied in June 23 with a cat (urolithiasis). They passed tests (blood, urine, ultrasound). The tests were not bad with a margin of error for the disease.
Then everything is terrible - the appointment of treatment. The catheter was installed for 6 days (a maximum of only 3 days is possible). About 8-9 medications and droppers have been prescribed, including antibiotics of the 3rd generation (after them there will be nothing left to treat).
From such a large number of drugs, stomach upset (microflora is destroyed). After repeated requests from us, they prescribed a probiotic (as it turned out to be ineffective).
Almost all procedures were performed at the clinic.
After removing the catheter, things got even worse.... I have not been able to get through to the clinic for two days (we are 30 km from the clinic), and why already (perhaps by accident).
Most likely, you will have to operate on the cat.

Our York was served by a female veterinarian. The first haircut in the life of a pet was very difficult, but thanks to the endurance of the staff. Separately, about the treatment of animals: the cat was injected with a drug that cannot be given to cats at all, the animal began a corresponding reaction right in the clinic, had to look for a doctor, since she was busy with extraneous matters during the reception. We did an ultrasound - there is no ultrasound description to show to other doctors! The doctor didn't even bother to sign the conclusion... it's good that there are other clinics in the city. If your pet is dear to you, you are definitely not here. The maximum is to trim the claws, but it is not necessary to go to the "doctor" for this.

I did not think that everything was so terrible, they put a catheter on the cat and because he refused to eat, they put it on for a week, after we went to another clinic it turned out that the catheter could not be put on for more than 3 days, they did a lot of injections because they did not know what to do, because nothing helped, in another the clinic was told to feed the cat with a syringe, but it was too late, the cat died.

We came to the reception with a kitten. There were complaints that he refused to eat and vomited. Some woman just listened to him, took his temperature and diagnosed him. I prescribed antibiotics and anandine. Although she asked to do an ultrasound, inject the serum. They told me why, if it gets worse in a day, then you will come, I call in the morning and they tell me that they cannot accept, so that they would look for another clinic. The result is that the kitten died. They answered my claim on Viber that it was my fault that I didn't vaccinate in time, and they can't treat the incurable. That is, without tests, without ultrasound, without tests, they diagnosed, prescribed medicine, lied out of the box, but they are good at the same time. It's not their fault. They can simply diagnose and treat kitten vomiting without fever with antibiotics without tests. And if something happens, then the owner is to blame. Inhumans!!! And I also liked how they said the next day when I called - if he (the kitten) is destined to die, then he will die anyway. About how. "Dear" madam, who diagnoses by eye, Larisa seems, God grant you as much goodness as you bring to animals!

Good afternoon!I want to leave a review about this veterinary clinic.First of all, I want to thank the staff working at the clinic for being very nice to the pet.I've used your services twice.Once I called a veterinarian to your house, then you still did not have a vet clinic on the street.Andreevskaya and it was possible to call a veterinarian at home.Then you helped a little cat get rid of ear mites.For the first time, the veterinarian cleaned the kitten's ears himself and showed him how to do it himself in the future, how much to do and what to use.Also, in the future, in October 2020, we successfully sterilized an already grown-up kitty in your clinic.Everything went just great, for which I thank you very much! Everything was explained in great detail in advance on the phone how to prepare the cat for sterilization.The procedure itself lasted about 25 minutes.After that, on the spot in the operating room, the cat was taken out of anesthesia by digging it and cleaning its blood from the drug used for anesthesia.We explained in detail our further actions in relation to the cat.They gave me a syringe with an antibiotic with them, told me to inject it in a day, explained how to do it.The seams are self-absorbable.There is no need to take the cat to remove the stitches later.After a month, the seam was practically invisible!The prices are also very affordable 50 rubles.the stereolization itself and 5 rubles.a blanket.The attitude towards the cat was while she was under anesthesia and came out of it just great (they stroked her on the head and explained to us how to behave with her in the future).They gave me a memo.In general, thank you very much for such an attitude towards the cat and the owners!!!
